Great service, cleanliness and convenience. Easy parking and hotel access. The only odd thing was that our room had no window. It was an odd feeling having no sight to outside and natural light in the morning.

The staff is out of this world! They checked me in early, for which am extremely greatful! I had been on a bus for almost 50 hours and I felt, looked and besides my best efforts probably smelt it. I would of messed around reading, or working, for a few hours at least. Somewhere I couldn't offend anyone with my disheveledness, after I had checked my bags of course. But they were so gracious and kind enough to find me a room equivalent to the one i booked and got me in real quick at no extra cost It was life saving.

I would give this property a 5 star except for the following: Manager Samantha is severely lacking in customer service and general ‘give a crap’ skills. Our clock was on standard time and we used it for a wake up call ..this missing breakfast window. The front desk and her call and she said those clocks automatically reset —we said well it did not. Could we have some snack items since we missed breakfast. She said no bc we booked thru Travelocity —I said I think you could do something small for us bc this is a hotel issue. She said No—is there anything else (very dismissive). I said I guess I’ll have to leave a review about my frustration and she said go ahead…is there anything else (just trying to get me off the phone). I said wow —so giving is a few snack items isn’t worth it for customer service to be bettter and avoid a bad review. She said no—-is there anything else …. I said I guess not Samantha… Super disappointing.

Awful Stay

Absolutely the worst stay I have had anywhere in years. 0 access to the pool - which is why we booked it, and we were given no notice about them closing the pool for a "private" event. Then a group decided to party on the 5th floor in the hallways and lounge area at midnight and woke everyone up and the hotel did nothing about it. We had to be up early the next morning, got 0 sleep. Then the cherry on top - no breakfast for early risers. They don't serve until after 7am. Not worth $200/night

Convenient to Intrust arena

OK for sleeping, not much else. The have a restaurant but service is just horrendous. Breakfast is adequate quality but little variety and overpriced. They have a shuttle that was somewhat useful, but they changed our scheduled time to the airport without telling us, and made it later rather than earlier - not helpful. Little to do in the neighborhood. They roll up the sidewalks pretty early. Housekeeping only when you ask for it.
