Positively would book this hotel.

Good spacious room, very clean. Staff excelled in helpfulness and friendliness. I will say charging for the bottled water was a little excessive though. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Nice location to restaurants and other amenities with minimal drive time.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

Put checking into the room there was a really odd smell in the room. AC did not work that great. The television did not work and the phone did not work. Everything looked old the bedding pillows. The mattresses all were very old and tattered. The bathtub had stains in it obviously this property is not a very well maintained property. I do not recommend anybody going there. The front desk staff were nice the waitress and the breakfast was very, very nice. The guy cooking the omelettes had to pour attitude and was not the best example of somebody with customer service in mind although he made a really good omelette

We love the proximity to shopping and reataurants within Bradley Fair. We've stayed at thisbparticular hotel.many times and sadly it is starting to be run down. They need to ditch the carpet and make the showers walk-ins and replace the beds. Also replace the linens as thw sheets/mattress covers don't fit properly. Lastly, there was rust in the around the fixtures.

Hilton? More like motel 6!!!

Upon checking in I was surprised with some $20 fee for what idk…then the listing said breakfast but didn’t say what kind actuality it was $12-$15 for breakfast and the girl working in the breakfast area was very rude with her answer.
