From the start to the end it just was not a great experience. The front desk staff was eating or something while she checked us in, our bathroom was extremely ran down. The pool was not as pictured and the sounds carries SO bad that it was hard to get real rest, especially once the breakfast and laundry began.

There was no hot water in the shower. It barely got warm. Very little water pressure in shower and sink. The bathtub was very slick and my husband almost fell.

It is very loud. You can hear every door shut and people in the hallway. The hot tub did not have a way to turn on the jets and the pool was ice cold. The shower faucet spins in a complete circle so unsure of water temperature or which direction to turn it off. The staff were excellent!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is also accessible, near amenities and safe. The breakfast was lukewarm and mediocre but there was plenty to choose from (and it's included). The staff were friendly and efficient. My complaint is with the noise - I could hear pretty much everything and glad I brought my ear plugs for sleep at night.

Room was spotless, the front desk clerk Dorothy was a prime example of “Excellent “ guest relations provider. My son had left his IPods in the room and Dorothy called me on my cell phone to make me aware, fortunately I was still in area and went back to retrieve them. I was able to thank Dorothy personally and express my appreciation for the honesty of the cleaning staff and her taking the time to contact me. I have been in Hospital Hospitality for almost 30 years and the staff exceeded all of my expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
