We were impressed by this hotel overall. The building itself is gorgeous and all of the common areas bright and well appointed. Our room was large and clean. Our only complaint would be the front desk staff. Sasha was dismissive to both my husband and I on multiple occasions when we asked for suggestions, assistance, and during the check out process. Enhanced consierge and overall customer service would compliment this otherwise great hotel.

Hotel pillows are just awful, all of them. I forgot to take my pillow from home but the room had a down pillow in the closet. I was so relieved and able to sleep. Room was roomy and really nice. Room was immaculate. I would have like a side table on both sides of the bed but nobody’s perfect.

Was great then became super loud.
My stay was awesome until around 8.30 pm when I was awaken by loud noises from people talked and laughed out loud in the hallway in front of my room and slammed their doors multiple times. I was deeply asleep till then. Those guests then went in the room next to mine, with connecting door, very loud still, cooked and the smell of it penetrated my room. I tried to bang on the door to let them know there is other person next door, but they don't care, so I turned my TV very loudly. They were still noisy till passed midnight.
