Josh checked us in when we first arrived. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. He then looked my partner and I up and down and asked if we wanted a room with two beds instead of the room we booked with One. We were terribly offended. do you ask all of your guests who come as same-sex couples if they want two beds or one? It was not the highlight of our trip. When we got to our room, you could clearly see that by the couch had not been swept. There was dirt and crumbs of some sort on the floor. We were too tired to make a complaint. The best part of our trip was breakfast Marci was amazing! She was kind and attentive and the nicest person we met the entire time we were there thank you Marci for giving us a beautiful morning. We loved your smile!

The hotel is NICE! 2 complaints though - beds are hard. I’d compare it sleeping on a foam mat on top of a sheet of plywood. Did not get the rest I was hoping for because of this. Second thing - the walls are thin. Could hear people talking, in what sounded like the hallway, could’ve been the rooms around us. Either way, that went on throughout the night as well.

My toilet had not been flushed when I opened my room. Reception staff were awesome. 10/10. The banquet people were terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait for us to get out. Breakfast was terrible and had no taste. Pathetic. Beautiful new rooms. Very comfy.

Staff at front desk rarely smile acting like they do not want to be there. Room was not ready until evening. Light in “foyer” of the room turns on and off at random times. Pillows are so soft that your head hits the mattress. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to manage, room and bathroom were clean. The area where you can buy snacks closes early so you’ll need to have stuff delivered or go out to get it. It is a hike from the parking garage to rooms and the parking garage is $15 per night.

Awesome breakfast buffet and very friendly restaurant staff. Valet parking and conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. Only complaint was no hot water on my last morning and front desk did nothing to address it. I would stay again. Very clean and quiet and safe!
