just for sleep is good.

The front desk staff was friendly and helped me right away, the room was what we reserved (2 double beds and a sofa bed) I did mention that it would need to be for 5 of us when I reserved the room. When we got to the room there was no toilet paper only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. the elevator worked when we checked in but that night was no longer in service for the rest of our stay. (we were on the 3rd floor) I had to walk down and ask for toilet paper, towels and sheets for the pull out bed. The site said there was house keeping but not once did they come in our room to replenish or anything. Overall the good thing is we had somewhere to sleep but unfortunately I don't see myself booking here again.

Did not stay at the property as the bathroom was flooded with toilet water. Property manager refusing to answer the phone when a representative from Expedia( booked room online through them) was calling for over an hour to get a refund authorized. Booked with a friend( two different rooms) her 1st room had dog food and pizza in it the second room provided to her the matress was stained and moldy. That’s 3 rooms!!! We are not the only ones that left. The fact that I have to fight for my money back is wild. The fact that this place is still open blows my mind.

The ceiling in the atrium was falling in. They had it blocked off which meant no breakfast. Room had dirt towels still in it. The pullout couch was nasty. Not a good stay.

I mean no I'll to the owners and staff, but this place is in dire need of renovation. Pool is out of service. Lobby is half closed down. Breakfast is disappointing. I watched every customer come out ready for their day and breath sighs of disappointment for the breakfast which met them. Smell is stagnant, dank. It is the first time in a long while I remember walking outside and being grateful to smell the fresh air.

When we arrived we were put in a room. Where the door knob was broken; the latch was also taken off. It was very unsafe for my family. Told the front desk, he came to check on it and said. It’s okay you can’t open the door without the key. Than my husband said. Umm doesn’t matter someone can just kick the door open. So after like 20 mins of him figuring out where to pick up. Told him, if you don’t find me a room. I want a refund back and I will go somewhere else. Finally he did find me a room. “It was the suite room” which he didn’t feel comfortable to give it to us. But he did at the end. Also their elevator was dropping down the whole time we were there.

Very unclean and run down. Door to our room didn’t lock, bathroom was dirty, curtains were broken, couch was torn up, garbage outside our door was overflowing and the whole property had a terrible smell. We left after seeing how bad the conditions were and stayed somewhere else.

Nasty. Dirty. Poor service

The hotel was disgusting. The pictures online didn’t match the room. The couch was sunk in and broken and couldn’t sit on it. The tub had clumps of hair in it. The office chair had something spilled and stained all over it. There was old French fries on the ground. The mattresses had double mattress covers that you couldn’t take off without moving the whole mattress. Which just screams bed bugs. They refused to give us a refund.

Cheap for a reason!

First of all the rooms were not very clean, our couch bed was completely missing the mattress so we had to switch rooms with another family member in our party. The rooms smelled funny. Breakfast was honey buns, granola bars, etc but each guest was allowed 1 item. The milk was only for cereal we couldn’t have a glass of milk to drink. In order to check in early you have to pay $30 or $20 per room for multiple rooms. They have a sign posted that between 10pm and 6am they can come check who is in the room. The toilets barely flushed. We will not be going back. The only good thing is the rooms were big.

It has a weird smell when you enter, but it was a nice looking lobby. It would be nice if people people didn’t smoke in there, or maybe the smoke smell would come from the rooms. The room and restroom had a weird smell as well, but it was clean. The overnight front desk worker was quick to help clean my AC filters and give us towels. Really nice guy. Not the hotels fault, but during my 4 night stay the people that were staying there would make weird noises in the lobby, people in rooms on the second floor were loud. Keep in mind, it is an open concept so you hear everyone from every floor. The bed was really nice and comfortable. Sheets smelled cleaned. Really budget friendly.

The hall way leading up to the room had a smell the sheets had stains and holes on it. The bathroom was dirty I booked the room for a family of 4 and they only had 2 towels in here with no wash cloths, the ice maker area smell like vomit. The toilet seat had a stain on it. This was the worst experience ever, the pictures that they show was deceiving.

We normally book Marriott or Hilton, but unfortunately, two-bedroom rooms are unavailable for a group of 3. This was an unplanned trip, and I booked this hotel for its location. I booked 2 nights to attend our aunt's funeral. We arrived late, though, after a long drive. When we opened the door towards the check-in counter, the hotel had a nasty smell. But since it was very late, we tried to ignore it, hoping our room would be clean. I don't mind an outdated room as long as it is safe and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor near the elevator. My husband checked the bathroom after spraying Lysol all over the room. A used soap and a towel were in the bathroom, which means the room was not cleaned at all. He got upset and wanted to move out and confront the hotel. I stopped him because it was very late, and we had a kid. We decided to stay for a night, but he could not sleep. Early in the morning, we checked out, attended the funeral, and checked into the other hotel for our remaining days in town. From the beginning, he did not like the hotel because he had a bad experience with cleanliness at a cheap hotel, but I insisted and told him not to generalize. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the bad part is that they do not refund the one night we did not use. I bought insurance on Expedia, but I don't know why I cannot have my refund. This is a lesson to me. I don't think this hotel is a good idea.
