Reunion Stay

It was old and some rooms could not be used because of a fire. Breakfast was only coffee and cold cereal. Housekeeping was bad we asked for new hand towels and received two wash rags for an example. Wall are thin noise from a crying baby in the next room was loud.

Locks on doors the screws were coming out of feames. Manager came down and screwed them back in. They did not reinforce the holes so I didn't sleep very well. The refrigerator is making thumping sounds and they brought in another one and just left it in the middle of the floor said he'd have maintenance come and get it the next day it was I had a Jacuzzi tub but it was a 1970s Las Vegas style red heart tub which was filthy. There was pee on the floor and stuff in the toilet it hadn't been cleaned and I had the I saw a lady and she came over at the maid and she said they didn't even mop the floor or clean the toilet and I said no they didn't so she took the time and came over and cleaned the room I asked for a different room for the manager and they said no I booked this through Expedia and that's the room since it had the Jacuzzi tub I will not stay there again if I ever go back through that town.

I was able to get the room reserved for $50.00 a night. After taxes and everything it was $127.00 for 2 days. It was very clean and very quiet. I loved how everything you need was in walking distance. It was a good stay and I will definitely be back!

Adequate stay. Slept well. Clean fresh smelling room but esthetics lacking. Needs fresh coat of paint. Sink faucet handle new but the style made it hard to turn on and off. Of greater concern was the puddle of milk that was not cleaned up immediately at the front of the office door. It was a safety concern. It lay there from before we entered for breakfast until after we checked out. The gentleman at the desk said he was waiting for housekeeping.

Filthy

Had we not been so exhausted we wouldnt have stayed. The floors were filthy which incuded nail clippings behind the chair. Our feet were filthy from the floor. The pool and recreation room was filthy. The only nice thing i can say is the desk manager was very nice and the air conditioning worked. We will not be returning and we will share with others about these accommodations.

We didn't stay. It felt uncomfortable from the very first look at it. It was dirty and felt unsafe. It did not look like the pictures and so we left without checking in.

Several things were a turn off. The property is outdated and the lobby rugs, furnishings not clean. The internet is shotty couldn't connect son's device or laptop. The housekeeper tried to help, the staff on duty just flaked us off several times. He didn't want to be bothered and stated internet was for cable only, no devices. Our neighbor had her tablet connected so we know that was just a way to get out if helping. I needed to stay an additional night was charged 2x what the price was online plus another $25 for our dog. After all this, we onky received $32.90 of the $50 deposit with no explanation from staff. He said ge couldn't see it in the system. We got screwed. It was the most boring 3 days with no internet ever. Not happy

Room had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Staff were hard to find No towels when we arrived except for one used wash cloth. When we asked for clean towels the office staff simply stated they had none. Pool hadnt been maintained in quite some time. Everything in the entertainment area was coin operated or didnt work at all. No theatre. TV barely worked. There was an unmentioned previous to arrival $50 hold placed on card for the room on top of original agreed to price. Or $100 cash. I had a card. Over abundance of warning signs about property damage smoking and pets. Even tho almost every other room had a dog in it.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The lobby pictured in the listing is nowhere to be found -don’t be fooled. I’m not picky & expected a budget motel, but the 1st room had only dangerously hot water at both the sink and shower, so we requested to be moved. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower and 2 tiny bars of soap. As we are a family of 4, I grabbed 1 extra towel from that room. got to the 2nd room and it only had 2 towels, no soap, only 4 tiny bottles of shampoo on the counter, plus shampoo/conditioner and lotion (why?) in the shower. Neither room has hand towels and the TV did not work because of a cable outage. Both rooms had the latch area of the bathroom door carved out so the door barely caught, let alone locked. The chair upholstery was dirty, the bed spread on one bed was stained and the floor and baseboards were dirty. The person at reception was nice and tried their best, but I also had long delays with check in, despite having completed pre check-in on my phone- including uploading my driver’s license and credit card because they were on hold with the cable company. Definitely do not recommend.
