Don’t stay here

We booked a two night stay in the jetted tub loft room for $590.00. When we pulled up to the building it looked very trashy and there was even a van with broken windows and flat tires in the parking lot. When we went in to check in the staff was sketchy. Then we went to our room only to find out it was 100 degrees inside. Quickly found the air conditioners and cranked them low. Then walked around and seen dead bugs laying all over the place. The tub looked nasty and dirty. There was a big sticky spot on the floor and the ceiling looked disgusting as well. We did however get a bag of snacks from the desk and quickly returned it on our way out. Needless to say we left immediately and got a refund. Just go stay at a holiday inn. This place is a bad joke.

Cheap stay

Staff was friendly. Pool area was beautiful. sauna actually worked. Sheets were clean and towls too. Room itself was not so clean. Coffee pot not empty. Crumbs on floors, broken soap dispensers. Torn curtains. And the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The gym had a broken cable machine and 2 sets of dumbells along with some stationary bikes. However if you are looking for cheap place with clean sheets this will do.

My daughter and I are both big people so the mattress is being as soon as they are, weren’t the most comfortable in the world, but manageable. The room was nice and cold when we first got in, which was a big plus.

Sewage in bathtub just as a start of things broken

There was sewer backed up in the bathtub. The website advertised breakfast when we checked in there was a very worn old piece of paper on the counter that said sorry no breakfastthe outside balcony door would not shut. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The lamp was broken. The TV hung cricket. The shower curtain was dirty. The shower curtain rod was broken And when we asked to be transferred to a different room, they refused. I had booked this room through Expedia when Expedia called to talk to the manager, the manager hung up on them. It took me three hours to get them to refund my money so I could find a decent hotel at 12:30 at night at the same time they were evicting another tenant. His wife had been put in the hospital when they were out of town and at midnight, they were evicting him so he had to leave his wife in the hospital from sitting with his wife in the hospital to come get their things because they were evicting him when he had paid for four nights and had only been there for two

The pool view is nice. There are some things they can clean up and fix as far as some basi e repairs to make the rooms look ni er. The view with all the trees are nice to walk out to.

We had a terrible experience. The stairwell our room was next to reeked of urine. Our shower had hair balled up on the wall. The ceiling was falling apart. The phone didn’t work. The sofa bed had no mattress, only a gross foam pad. No bedding. Homeless people consistently loitering in the front.

Tried to check in only to find a dirty room then tried to check into another room that was not the deluxe I paid for and it was dirty as well…. They both didn’t have beds made and both had someone else’s food in the fridge I didn’t want to sit down or take off my shoes it was not a good experience. The guy at the front desk was very helpful though and was the only positive thing to the whole experience!

No breakfast and our room was hot even with both air conditioners on and there was nothing but slamming doors until 3 o’clock. They had both of our sliding glass doors with PVC pipes the downstairs toilet didn’t work didn’t flush showerhead sucked No pressure. Not enough towels. Upstairs tv didn’t work.
