The staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced. It was nice that the property is close to services. The bedding was good quality. There were a sort of tailgating parties in the parking lot which I wasn't anticipating, and it was quite noisy in my room from the outside noise. These parties did take place on both Friday and Saturday night. I'm not sure if this was common for the facility or if it was a group there that had rented a block of rooms.

The hotel and room were clean, up to date, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were good. Several restaurants were nearby. Good place to stay while in Park City, Kansas and very close to Wichita.
