First of all, Yanni, the receptionist is a beautiful person inside and outside. She was so nice to us. The other hotel staffs are nice too! I like the serene environment. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast was nice!

Desk staff in were wonderful. Easy check in staff was very professional and helpful. We met up with friends in the lounge and the desk clerk would check on us periodically to ensure our comfort. As stated, she was wonderful.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is pretty clean. Pond out front is relaxing. Close to Starbucks, 7brew, Smoothie King, Costco, Sam’s club, and many restaurants. Texas Roadhouse, Jersey mikes, Starbucks and other restaurants in walking distance.

The nerve to tell someone they cant use the front/main entrance while traveling with their dog while charging them a pet fee is complete nonsense! Be sure to tell everyone who travels with their children that they have to use the side doors as well. I have to pay extra when traveling and have less options to choose from to acommodate my dog, so treat people like me (and my dog!) with the same respect other people get. Period.
