They don't stand a chance to keep up with all the maintenance issues.. Building/Complex has been used and abused... about 90% residential... Quiet room, comfortable bed. I've always liked the Studio 6 format but this was a rare exception... Essentially my "Suite" was 2 rooms stitched together - kitchen on one side where the bathroom used to be -

The bathroom prego flooring was not installed and had gabs. Toilet leaking. The towels had holes. The walls and doors were dirty. Tv was not hooked up in one rm and the other tv remote didn’t work. Cigarette burn holes in the comfort in a non smoking room. U could hear people racing down the street at night. Sketchy people walking around. The grass area to let ur dogs go potty was covered in dog poop!!! Never stay again!

The staff member was great in helping me, I feel he went above and beyond. Adam is his name. The challenges came from the rooms themselves. Room 1- neither TV nor remote worked. I was moved, Room 2- neither heater worked, both in fact had broken knobs. Room 3 smelled like a cigarette factory and 1 heater did not work. But I was so tired I went to the heated side and laid down. If those things got fixed, we would have been good to go for the night. Good price for the room

Definitely a rundown motel 6 with upgraded rooms. Shower head was electrical taped to the hand rail. Made it hard to shower. Ac worked great room was somewhat clean one bed had a cigarette burn in the top comforter. Outside of the room was run down could use some work.
