The bathroom ceiling was awful. It was brown and crusty. Obviously there was a leak from above, but the ceiling was poorly patched and disgusting with brown water damage all over it.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Both Brandon and Angie (front staff) were welcoming and kind. Facilities were clean and outdoor area was well kept. My only complaint was the bathroom door was hard to manage (no handle) and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed in the room, but that was immediately rectified by the front staff (Angie). The shower was super HOT and felt great. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast and was good for a quick bite before heading out. Would stay here again.

They double billed me. Otherwise quite good.

The room was unique in its configuration. Could be used for an extended stay. BUT. They double billed me and I had to go to my card company to fix it. The place was fine, I’m just irritated about the double bill. I would stay there again.

The location was great. The surrounding areas were not bad, plenty of dining options. And close shopping. The staff on the other hand was very rude 3 out of the 4 employees I did come in contact with or spoke to were rude and unprofessional. The beginning of my stay was pleasant I was checked in with no problems the front desk worker did have to pause and let her boyfriend know when I believe came from down the hallway that she would be done in just minute. ( Kind of strange.) But service was pleasant. After arriving to the room we realized it was smaller then we had thought ( mind you we have 7 children with us) we had paid for two nights. We were exhausted from being in the road all day so we laid down to rest and I booked another room for the following night so we could stay comfortably. The next morning/afternoon I called the front desk to explain the situation and see if we could check into our other room. The gentleman who answered was very rude and just shouted no check ins before 3. Okay... I went to the front desk around 4 to check into our other room and the lady at the counter shockingly was very rude and questioning why I would reserve another room then told me they had late check outs and my room would not be ready for another couple hours. I didn't say anything even though that is ridiculous I can't check into my room until at least 6pm it wasn't even worth booking the other room at this point. Was never able to check in and was not issued my refund. Horrible

The front desk staff was very helpful with everything we needed. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed and Brandon was very accommodating with getting the bedding handled. Breakfast had some great options and the location was central to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.
