We found a ball of not our hair on the underside of the fitted sheet and are hoping it was just leftover from the laundry. Part of wallpaper or wall was loose in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre.

Hotel is in rough shape. Clearly not built well nor has it sustained use well. Perhaps the most disturbing thing though was that of the two beds in our room, one had clearly been made to show as clean, but upon pulling back the duvet and top sheet, the bottom sheet had clearly been slept on... crud from the human being before left behind. Also, the shower head let out the least amount of water I've ever seen. There is no way someone with chin length or longer hair could actually wash their hair in that shower. I will not stay here again.

Paid in full on hotels.com, once to the hotel I was charged again.. called the following day and the lady said it was a mistake and refunded me, told me she emailed me a receipt never received it. Called again the next day and was told they refunded me even though my bank clearly shows the charge from hotels.com and the charge from the hotel itself. She sent me a receipt that shows two charges on it and one refund. So I still paid twice with no refund!!!

The hotel was great. Staff was nice. The issue I had was with hotels.com.....I reserved rooms for 3 people; 2 checked in with no problem but my reservation was cancelled for no explained reason so i had to book another one and pay more for my stay.
