Not for me

When looking it up online it looks new and fresh with spacious rooms. That is not the case. Upon arrival there are homeless everywhere and I was immediately uncomfortable. We checked in and it smelled awful like sewage and burnt sewage. We got up to our room and we couldn’t find it because the plate on the wall with the room number was missing. The doors to rooms are extremely close together and the bed is right up next to the small room. Very outdated the shower and toilet are in a tiny room together. The chair in the room was completely worn and looked like they got it out of the alley trash can. We checked out and did not stay. Upon checkout a homeless person was asking to use the restroom. The elevator was also very shaky and felt unsafe. Paint was chipping on the ceiling everywhere and the ceiling tiles were brown and sagging.

My biggest problem is with Expedia. I purached a presidential suite, pool and hot tub, and that is not what i got. I got to the hotel and they let me know that they do not even have a presidential suite. The pool was green, disgusting, and closed. This was for my honeymoon. I definitely would have gotten a different hotel. It was right in the middle downtown surrounded by homeless people. They were bothersome when outside. The hotel staff were very kind though. They let me use a room for my bridal shower since i didnt have the space in my not presidential suite that i paid for. The room wasnt the worst I've stayed in. However the couch was broken, the bed was screwed up, and the toilets did not work very well. Would i stay here again no. Would i recommend expedia absolutely not.

Just don't do it.

There was only one person helping at the front had to wait a while to check in. There was a nasty smell. water spots from leaking through the entire building. Poor ventilation we kept getting annoyed by little flying bugs. The staff was very unfriendly not even a smile. Coffee was gross no creamer. Later i found a charge on my card. Tried to call to find out why. I called twice and both times they hung up on me. Will NEVER Stay here again.
