The room is run down. Paint peeling on the bathroom door, sink had no drain plug, tile was dirty, desk chair was cracked and peeling. Breakfast was terrilble, elevator quick working, coffee maker in the room didn't work.

The staff were all very helpful during our one night stay. Very appreciative of that. Our room had no TV remote. Extremely minor issue. But the TV wasn’t connected to their TV provider either. Two of the staff came up and spent 15-20 minutes in our room pairing a new remote and getting the TV connected. No ice machine on any floor I went to worked. Elevators stopped working in the morning. Breakfast was fine … scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffle machine, cereal, etc. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again by choice, but we had a relatively inexpensive place to stay for the night.

We hated your little bitty pillows. If you roll at night head comes off little pillow. Impossible to get good nights sleep. No computer available. Broken elevator. Some staff hard to understand.

Dead bed bug on mattress, messages about drugs written in the stair well, lots of homeless people hanging around outside. Got to our room and checked out immediately. Found a cleaner hotel.

We reserved two double beds for two rooms. they didn't have any doubles left when we checked in at 6:30. they substituted a king suite with a pull out. the mattress was unspleepable. we called for at least one blanket for the pull out since none were in the room and were told they didn;t have one. the one king suite smelled like urine very strongly. the toilet wouldn't flush comletely. the ac made a roar everytime it started up. We were traveling with non family adults the whole experience was awful. I would like a refund. this hotel was rated good. it was awful. I would not stay again.

The front desk clerk seemed irritated and said nothing of amenities or breakfast times. The room had many areas of disrepair. The elevator and entry/exit ways were poorly maintained and needed attention. Ice makers on floor2 and 3 were not functioning. There was bad smells in several areas like hallways and one of the bathrooms in our room.both office chairs had pealing leather and at least two light shades looked like they had gone through a battle. We stayed in room 315.

This property should not be renting out rooms as it has been fresly painted/rentovated and the smell of paint in all the rooms is so strong it burns your eyes and nose. Was told they would only give a 50% refund after multiple rooms with same issue.

After driving for 12hrs, my reservation was canceled by Wyndham. It seems that they overbooked the hotel and left multiple families without accommodations that were scheduled in advanced. I was not able to find another hotel that night, so we had to sleep in the car at a truck stop. Staff at the hotel acted like they didn't care nor did they try to help resolve. The Expedia crew was awesome because they spoke to the Wyndham Staff on our behave but ultimately nothing could be done. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT spend your money at this hotel. Also patrons were complaining because the elevator was broken as well.

Elevator broken and had to use the stairs, staying on the 4th floor. Fridge broken in room. Room not as clean as it should have been. People yelling and running in the halls. Breakfast was not a good variety as other hotels in Wichita. Furniture outdated. Hot tub full of dirt and cement pieces. Pool appears hasn’t been opened in years. Front desk rude.

Rooms and beds are comfortable. Elevator broke down. Had to use stairs up and down room on 7th floor. Janitor was super kind and helpful. Front desk staff reviewed our reservation (through a 3rd party) and asked to see out tax-exempt form to then inform us that the hotel does not do tax exemption on 3rd party reservations. Why did he ask for the form if he knew we could not use it? Hotel was booked and staff unable to keep common areas clean.
