Didn’t even step inside!

We left before ever checking in. Upon arrival there was a man on the bench outside the door drugged completely out “tweaking out”. Across the street was a homeless camp. We pulled around and parked for about 10 minutes before driving off. In that 10 minutes we witnessed a drug deal and a prostitute being dropped off! We left and went elsewhere. Never even checked in.

Definitely needs updated and very unsafe neighborhood and people in and out of the hotel did not make the hotel feel safe. I tried to check out after I had already checked in. I am filing a claim so I can get my money back because I did not stay there. Very uncomfortable feeling from the outside surroundings

Lack-luster and Lost in Time

I think the best word to describe this hotel is "serviceable." The phots online made the property look nicer than the hotel was in reality. Nothing too detrimental, but the whole building felt a little lost in time. Amenities were acceptable, but not great. Appliances were cheap and old, but got the job done. If I were to visit the area again, I wouls choose a different hotel for my stay.

The entire first floor smelled like natural gas. the pool was almost always closed except for a couple hours one night. The staff did not fix or replace the broken bed my kids had, they had to sleep on the floor. Some of the equipment in the room that was advertised was missing or broken. The entire area outside is filled with homeless crackheads begging to be let in or get free food. the hotel decided to screw me and put a second charge on hold with my bank card. STAY AWAY. hotels near the airport are better.

Dirty, unprepared and outdated - that’s how I would describe my family’s stay here. The first thing that struck me was the complete emptiness of the parking lot. At 8pm there were 3 cars…weird. The guy that checked us in was friendly, but barely spoke English so it was hard to understand him or communicate with him, nice guy though and he did his best. The hotel looks nice enough on the outside and in the hallways, but is dated. The room appeared decent too, but the two nearly empty toilet paper rolls, completely empty tissue box, disheveled towels, bed that feels like you are sinking into the abyss when you lay on it, my daughters clean socks that were turned black after walking around for 5 minutes, the office chair that was peeling like it had leprosy, etc, changed that perception. The elevator certainly had not been cleaned in months…years?? I didn’t even check out the free breakfast because the rest of the hotel made me squeamish (and we always partake of the free breakfast as a family of 6). Did I mention that we reserved the “King Suite”? Not kingly. Guh. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. This could be a place that Ryan Trahan goes to on a “1 star review series”.

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival at the hotel we were met with a homeless drug addict trying to ask us for cigarettes. The reception area smells really badly of sulphur/blocked drains. Our room was allocated on the 4th floor, upon exiting the elevator the floor was very stuffy, no circulating air. The ice machine and drinks machine were old, dirty and noisy. Our room was 414. It was tiny, the carpets were filthy and the bathroom should have been condemned! It was dirty with someone else’s black hairs. The mattress of both beds was very springy and sunken, the pillows were tiny. We decided to eat and have an early night and so left the hotel to source food. however we found the area too dangerous to wander around so immediately returned to the hotel, locked our room and ordered pizza. At 2.30am we were woken by what sounded like a female being attacked outside our room. She was screaming and shouting for help, however due to travelling with my teen son I did not exit my room. I asked reception for help and they said they would investigate. The screaming and shouting continued for 30 minutes then went totally silent (apart from frequent sirens from outside). At 6.30am I asked reception if they had found what happened, they said they hadn’t. I asked to be moved and a helpful man moved us to the 5th floor - initially to a room with no fridge but then to room 518 which was the same as 414 - in total disrepair although cleaner. In short - DO NOT BOOK.

We just stayed one night. Everything was just kind of dirty. Intake vents were so gross. Bathtub/shower cornes had black something growing. IDK, I didnt care to check out further. Just needed to sleep, eat breakfast and leave. Not a good breakfast selection though. Something I didnt like was the check in person greeted me in English then had a long conversation to his coworker in non-english. I know they could speak English well, why do this?I was questioning if something was wrong, why cant they say these things so ai can understand? I just thought it was kinda rude.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations based on what was shown online. The listing advertised clean rooms and a full breakfast, but the reality was quite different. The room we stayed in was not clean, and there was a strong odor of marijuana throughout the downstairs area—both inside and outside the building. The pool area was also dirty and uninviting. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
