As usual, another wonderful stay at the Bel Air. It was clean, very comfortable, cute and fun. Unmolested vintage bathroom. The owners are kind and helpful. The entire weekend was perfect.

The carpet in my room was very dirty. I had an asthma attack / ac blew hot air only and the hot water took forever to get hot. The attendants were polite however it is a cheap motel and that's the bottom line. If you have a little more money find somewhere else;; if not expect what you paid although you would expect better, simply because its near the board walk and its a business.

Very dissappointing

Checked in and the rooms was extremely hot and a little smelly. The drawer front in the kitchenette was hanging off. Overall all the furniture was old and dated. Complain Ines and was offered a room which was a little better. The wi-fi was poor. Certainly wouldn’t book again

The person who checked me in was rude and very short with me. The room was not at all like the pictures. The pictures showed a nice bed spread but all that was there was a sheet. The toilet didn't flush properly and when it did it ran for almost 2 minutes. It took almost 5 minutes for the water to get hot and then it was only lukewarm. The carpet was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There screen on the door was torn at the bottom and bugs were in the room. More than just from opening the door. All-in-all not a great experience and I won't be staying there again.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in during my entire life. It is a fire hazard waiting to happen. There were drawers hanging off the frames. The air conditioning was so loud you had to turn the television up at least 10 levels to be able to hear the dialogue and then turn the tv back down when the air conditioning went off. I will never stay here again and will post this review on every travel site I use. The one redeeming thing was it was close to the beach. I considered sleeping in my car rather than the room . The owners obviously made the outside look presentable but that ended when you opened the door to our room. The water pressure was horrible after all the other people left the hotel on Sunday. The room smelled and should not ever be rented. There were multi strip electrical cords plugged into another multi strip cords and the numerous plugs were all full. When we arrived there was no electricity to the room. The person at the front desk did not believe us about it this situation but when she came to the room, it supposedly was due to a circuit breaker being flipped. The bathroom was not large enough for 2 people to be in there at 1 time. This was a very disappointing vacation and I expected much more from a motel on wild wood crest. An older motel does not normally mean a terrible situation. I believe the website stated the motel had recent updates but this was certainly not the case in our room
