There were some hot water issues… I understood the first night- but it happened again on a second night, a was assured it was fixed- lo and behold third day- no hot water again. It wasn’t until I became very vocal and irate that the manager offered to change my room. The room was comfortable. But service was not great

When we arrived, we had to call for someone to check us in. Once up to the room, the heat was not on and it was freezing. The temperature outside was below freezing and felt the same in the room. We turned the heat on once we got in

No breakfast. even though it stated so No one ever was at the front desk when needed Extra linen was placed in breakfast area (seems unsanitary) Room door didn't lock when shut, you had to lift the door up to get it to close & lock, felt a little unsafe Got locked out of the hotel due to lobby door was locked and couldn't get in w/a key Room floors were dirty Was an ok stay for one night. Convenient location Plenty of parking

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Bed and pillow were super comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. Hotel had everything we needed and was very clean. The only thing we noticed, the walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the room next to you. If I came during the busy season, I would bring a sound machine.

No one in lobby. If you need something you call a phone number taped to the desk. No housekeeping. Towels available in the lobby. There were a few roaches in my bathroom.

Nice place for a quick gateway , wouldn’t use for long gateway. Rooms are a little small , my sink was clogged off of washing my hands and walls are thin besides that good hotel . Love the pools and right next to boardwalk.

Really nice, recently renovated hotel. My only complaints were that the walls/doors are not soundproofed at all, and my room was close to the lobby, so I could hear every word that was said. My room also did not have a desk or anywhere to sit other than the bed. Also, the staff wasn't regularly around, so if you need anything, you have to call them. Finally, the description stated that there were laundry facilities, but there were not.

The property was the same as the pictures online. However, for parking to be outside (non-garage) and to be charged for it upon arrival but it’s not stated anywhere on your reservation is not acceptable. Our room was directly in front of the pool and it smelled like sewer even tho it was really cold outside. Other than the smell and unknown charges the property was decent.

Property was nice rooms was very nice and updated very beautiful bathroom painting as well where nice. The accent wall simply gave a warm tone. I just didn't like that it wasn't anything for breakfast. Didn't see any housekeeper either. But me and my family enjoyed our weekend at the vibe.

Just a small problem

The hotel was beautiful we had a problem with sink and it just took a lot of calls and didn't seem to be a priority to accommodate the situation. I felt it was a small thing that I thought could have been taken care of not going to maybe go again until it is season time /because staff is much smaller. Nice people
