The hotel needs investment- hairdryer in the room was broken. Lots of TV stations not working. Very old fashioned decor. The hotel really needs investment

Toller Blick auf die Stadt, schöne Dachterrasse. Betten ok. Bad etwas eng. Keine Ablagefläche für Wäsche (kein Schrank, kein Regal, keine Schubladen). Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend. Die Zimmertüren schließen laut und sind daher von den Nachbarzimmern laut zu hören. Raumaufteilung ist nicht gut, dadurch enge Laufwege. Nachts war laute Musik zu hören (Fenster waren geschlossen).

The receptionist was very nice with helping me. It took a while for my reservation to reach the system, but after I emailed the confirmation I was able to get a room. The hotel itself needs an upgrade from the 70s to something more modern and possibly bigger parking areas. The shower water got hotter a few times on its own while I showered. Got lost getting to the hotel so having arrows and signs to point where you need to go would help with the directions.

Hotel itself is nice and clean. We have reserved parking space in advance. Upon arrival we have been told that their parking places are fully occupied and even if not our car wont fit in either because of size (small SUV). Breakfast is very busy and chaotic. Not enough space to sit and choice pf food was quite poor.

Great location, easy walking distance to south train station & old town. Lots of restaurants, cafes around. Rooms are small but efficient. Temps were 39c ,there was a fan in the room but no ac. This is common in Europe. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Room was a bit pricey however it was Ironman Triathlon wekend so may have accounted for the cost. Overall, because of lication would stay here again.

Excellent hotel close to public transport.

This is a budget friendly basic hotel and on both a subway and bus line. Easy access into the center city in less than 10 min. Room was clean although the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning. We stayed here twice and both times the soap dispenser had run out and was not replaced by cleaning staff. I had to go downstairs to get a bottle despite our mentioning it to the staff. Only soap in the room and no amenities. Bathroom is tiny but the shower was great with a door. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was great. Curtins were a little fraying but they were black out so that worked. TV was good and there is a desk area and a closet area. Tight for 2 people but it works for sleeping. Lots of electrical outlets. We'll stay there again because of the convenience to transportation to my son's house. For the price it's a good deal for Frankfurt. Didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment.

Property is centrally located. You can walk to many places. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everyone spoke English which is extremely helpful when asking questions.
