The staff that we encountered were very friendly. The hotel was very clean which is so important to me. The breakfast had good choices. Room was a great size and had a nice kitchen.

We were Very pleasantly surprised! Beautiful, clean, roomy, friendly & courteous staff, great choices for the complimentary breakfast, pet friendly, and a few snack freebies during your stay. Love that "the room" is actually a studio/suite with a nice kitchen. Will most certainly stay again!

I chose this property as the web shown as EV charging available. However upon arrival , found out it's out of order. Very disappointed, felt we were mislead. The room were clean and spacious. The breakfast was fairly good. Just wished the EV charging was available as advertised.

Wow, our stay was absolutely incredible! The hotel and rooms were immaculate, and the staff was so friendly to my kids. We were lucky enough to get a room with a breathtaking view of the valley. My whole family had a blast, and it was exactly what I was hoping for!

Load left behind.
We go a room while on the road late with the family - 5 of us. Picked hotel because of the 9+ rating so paid a bit more than other ones. Came into the suite with very heavy perfume smell, had to air out, the TV did not work, figured it out that it was an unplugged cable. The toilet had a large “poop” in it plus it was on the sides of toilet still. Had less than half a roll of toilet paper. The shower was not cleaned and dirty. Took shower on top of a small towel. There was also only 1 large towel for all of us to dry off with. The kitchen sink then sprayed water out of the back all over the wall. It was late so we slept and left. Told person on duty, said they could not refund because it was hotels.com.. they are suppose to send me points, we will see, just a bad experience.
