Highly recommend!
Highly recommend his hotel! Clean, comfortable and spacious suite. Family-friendly. Great breakfast too. Complimentary water and apples in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. You will have all sorts of restaurants, grocery shops and urgent care facilities around you. It has a nice location (and beautiful views) where you feel like you are away from the busyness of the city but also close to it.

Our only suggestion would be that they upgrade the breakfast buffet. No orange juice, pretty marginal coffee, frozen breakfast sandwiches and terrible cereal. Lovely staff though, comfy beds, very clean and nice suite!

Great staff and clean
We stayed six days to visit family and it was way above our expectations. Very, very clean room and bathroom. The staff were very kind when we asked for anything. Pool room was warm and kids likes swimming a few times. Breakfast had quite a few a good options of waffles, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal/yogurt bar etc… only negative in the whole stay is breakfast closes earlier than most hotels (9:30 am) and on one of the busiest days the cooks started removing food out of cases by 9:20 and oatmeal and yogurt we’re out as well when it was still open. We would for sure stay again.

Great hotel!
Spend one night at the hotel as we were traveling through. Hotel informed us in the morning that the room we booked was needed and asked if they could upgrade ( from a 2queen bedroom to a 1king and sleeper sofa suite). No problem for us and we appreciated having the heads up. Staff was super friendly, room clean and breakfast wonderful. Gave it 4 stars as we had to call for a blanket for the sleeper sofa, the air conditioner in the main room with the sleeper sofa was super loud and there was only one fork in the utensils drawer. When asking for a blanket we received one right away. We would definitely stay there again as everything else was wonderful.

Amazing is an understatement
Room was awesome, price was awesome, the pool was good and open for long hours. Water was complementary, and the breakfast was good. I really liked the location-- plenty of things to do around there. Just--- wonderful all around.

Awful
Front desk lady Lisa was rude got there at 2:35 for check in was told room isn’t ready and check in isn’t until 3pm anyways. I said okay so I can check in at 3 then she said I don’t know when the room will be ready. Great so I had to go to a local restaurant just to pass time since I had no clue of when I would be able to check in. Fast forward to later on we come back at 5pm and check in with now a new front desk person and he was nice. Got to the room and tried to use the shower and realized there was no running water in the shower, faucet, anything. Called the front desk and they said a water line broke they don’t know when it will be fixed and that was it. No mention of it at check in which was extremely odd, that should’ve been the first thing brought up. So I couldn’t shower, use the restroom, even wash my hands the remainder of the night in a hotel I paid $200 a night to stay at. Never experienced such a terrible stay at a hotel before especially not one with such good reviews.

Great stay with my 11 year old and our dog. Grounds and hotel were clean, room needed a little work (mirrors, rugs etc) but overall the hotel was in great shape. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.
