AMENITIES WERE NON EXISTENT

All the amenities were closed. The pooo “being serviced” the first night we arrived and everyday they said it would open the next day. We stayed three nights and it never opened. The gym was closed (no reason given) and the spa was not a spa it was a sooon with NO massage therapist that offered spa services. I reached out to Hotels.com and they refused to reimburse me. We went to the casino close by to use the spa, never were able to use our bathing suits and we booked based off amenities and distance. There were plenty of hotels in the area with pools and I was denied my request for Hotels.com to book me a place for at least the last evening. The hotel front desk concierge/ night audit/ manager did however put us in a nicer room. I booked Panasonic view king and it was musky and felt dirty. We had a nicer room without a balcony of course Ike of the things I wanted when booking.

It was just ok

First of all we were double charged for our stay. The hotel was very cold in the hallways and rooms. This hotel could really use a few upgrades. Everything is so out dated.

Property is VERY dated- was in it's prime in early 1980's. Rooms are run down, things are broken & the entire place smells moldy. Watched a dog peeing on a door in in hallway, kids running around at 2:00AM wont stay there again.

Pool was closed for renovation for a long time, no one told us. Spa had closed as well for same, no one told us before hand. Out door bar was closed. No out-door stuff open. Bedsheets weren’t clean as new. Room had limited facilities. Had poor experience.
