Parking was safe but it was really dirty. Breakfast looked old and very limited. The listing on Hotels.com did not make it clear that it was a Motel, which it is. The floors, especially the bathroom floor was dirty. Towels were gross and had old makeup on them.

The issue was how dirty the room and property were. I told the front desk staff that our bathroom was not clean. They said housekeeping would take care of it. Housekeeping came and went and the room was still just as dirty. We were part of a larger group and the dirty rooms, broken chairs and general unkept appearance outside was discussed.

Breakfast was scarce, we went at 8 am before it closed at 9. The staff was awesome! They let us change our room because the air conditioner was broken. The phone also didn’t work.

This place was horrible. It was so dirty we wanted to move but we had a long drive and was so tired. Customer service skills was dreadful. Exterior there was trash everywhere. Dog poo and cigarette buds. the place smelled.

It was just a quick overnight stay. Wilcox is not a glamorous town. I was looking for something under 100. I was able to find a better deal on Expedia than I could get at the front desk. It was still over 100.00. Sheets and towels look better in the dark. Breakfast was what you expect .

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean n roomy. Coffee table was broken but once I put leg back on, usable. Room was located next to storage room which door was not able to close due to being too full. Hallway leading to room was not swept n debris n cigarette butts littered throughout. Judy n Jamie were very professional n helpful. I will stay there again.
