Worst hotel I have ever experienced
Ice machine broken…had to go to office for ice, they filled up the container half way and said that, s all I’m getting…toilet was running every 5 minutes due to a bad leak…No I mean no warm or hot water…couldn’t shower at all that nite…said I could get a refund if I wanted to leave…RUDE…You should drop this hotel like a hot potato

The Motel was a solid stay and what I expected for the price. One negative point was, that the first room I got was not prepared (used and not cleaned up). The staff was understanding and changed my room without trouble. I would stay there again.

Good service
This hotel is old and does not have any bells or whistles. What it does have is great customer service which is very important to me, next to cleanliness of course. This is my second stay at this hotel in the past few months. The rooms are outdated but were clean. They have accommodated my requests both times I have been there. I stay in the courtyard rooms which I think are nicer than the outer rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful, great customer service. I will stay there again.

Budget friendly, good for a night or two.
The stay was okay. The room was okay for the price. The staff were very friendly and did their best to answer any question or solve any issues. Couple little wrinkles during this day but they worked them out as quick as they could. They helped my car get started when it wouldn't start on my last day. Budget-friendly, I would stay there again.

What i like about this property is where it is located, all stores where close to walk, a quite place peaceful and kind workers. What i didnt like is that when we got there it was some stains on the chairs, the tub was with some missed spots to clean and that the room service try to get into the room a couple times knowing that we got the lock on (not a DND to put outside the door)

Christina checked us in and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. My room ended up being a pet room and smelled like cats. The other two rooms in our group were great. It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean for the most part and beds had bed bug protectors on the mattresses.

Booked a handicapped accessible room however upon arrival my room was given away. I was forced to climb stairs with a cast on my foot due go the only room available was on the second floor with no elevator access, the stairs were cracked and appeared that they could honestly crumble if you stepped on them wrong very unsafe. Staff upon check in did not apologize for the inconvenience. The amenities also were not available. Will not be staying here again and would not ever recommend this property.

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready due to a short staff situation. We were pleasantly asked by Stephanie to wait 45 minutes, with a nice suggestion for a children's park nearby. When we returned, one room was ready, but the vacuum cleaning wasn't good in it. As a result, Marie gave us an upgrade for both rooms, which was marvelous. We swam in the pool, which is somewhat aged. The laundry room door had an "out of service" note. The ice machine did as well, but Marie had some bagged ice to offer us, which we truly appreciated. No continental breakfast, we found out. The staff (Marie and Stephanie) were as pleasant and helpful
