Due to the snow storm our flight was cancelled. The airline could not get us there until the end of our stay. Everyone has given us our money back except this Hilton. Read the other reviews about this hotel before you book. We've re-booked our trip for mid February. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS HILTON. Hilton corporate should be ashamed of this hotel.

I stayed at Corendon Mangrove and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. My room’s air conditioning was not working, and when I informed the front desk, they assured me someone would come to repair it. However, no one ever arrived, leaving me to deal with the discomfort throughout my stay. When I checked out, I tried to file a formal complaint, but the process was incredibly frustrating. The staff gave me a phone number to call, but when I called, I wasn’t able to make a complaint there either. To make matters worse, no one seemed to know where or how I could properly escalate the issue. While the hotel has potential, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I hope management improves their communication and responsiveness for future guests.

First time in Curacao for vacation. Came to celebrate my #50 birthday. The Mangrove Beach property is beautiful. Very well maintained, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Many dining options and the Main Buffet offer a different theme for food each night. If you don’t mind waiting for service in the reservation restaurants have a try. The pool is nicely laid out and the beach is calm. We were able to walk to Willemstad from our hotel to the floating bridge and to the streets filled with artwork,etc. Rent a car for a day and see the whole island. Would stay here again!

I read some pretty terrible reviews before booking this property, but still decided to book because we really wanted to have an all inclusive with bringing our kids. Because I read reviews I didn’t have very high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean, comfortable(minus the curtains not being blackout) easy to get food, decent food for an AI, drinks were great, and we had everything we needed. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re use to the AI life in Mexico you’re going to be disappointed but we were prepared for something different. The staff are not friendly (not rude), they do not cater to you what so ever, and there is not pool or beach service like you would get in Mexico, but it was okay. We had a good time staying for 10 days, but spent most of our time out exploring the island.

The resort had everything needed for a complete all inclusive experience. Great selection of dining options, well stocked bar, 24/7 coffee & snack availablity, water slide area , and a good beach. Rooms had all that was required but the shelves for clothes should be upgraded to an actual closet. I would recommend highly.

I rate this resort 7.5/10 . The buffet food was abit bland. They did have alot of restaurants on the property but the wait time was 30min however . It is walking distance from the tourist areas Another thing I didn’t like was the staff didn’t clean the room unless I put the door tag “clean room”. However the ambiance was nice , they also had a water park as well.

Italian restaurant is under construction,I rather McDonald’s than their buffet food,they tell you last minute that other restaurants are reservations only, the bbq restaurant didn’t seat any guests until the entire restaurant had available seating. Towels were stolen several times so keep an eye on your things! The swim up bars customer service needs immediate assistance especially the girls, they were full of attitude. Very short staffed it took HOURS for toilet paper & towels so ask for everything at once! The lock on the door got stuck & locked us in, we had to yell off the balcony for help because the front desk phone line signaled busy -_- anyways wouldn’t recommend but everything looked nice and pretty and clean.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and pristine location- however, staff not willing to show hospitality to guests. It says all- inclusive, but be prepared to wait for 30min for a drink and expect a half- washed glass. Restaurants require reservations- and is usually booked- so you’re just left to dine at buffet. Never returning to Curaçao!

Oh, this is gonna be a fun review to write :D I just left on the 21st, and stayed for about a week. It was my first time in Curacao, and I usually do all-inclusives when I go to island spots. SO if your'e debating whether to visit this spot, just go ahead and book it now :) I had an amazing time. These are the main points: 1. Safety - I travel solo, so safety's super important as a young American female. I felt very secure here on site. 2. Check-in - Hassle-free and friendly, and a lot quicker than some resorts I've been to! No time-share garbage or anything like that. 3. The views. I booked a King Oceanfront Suite, and it was perfection. I'll post some pics if I'm able to. 4. The rooms. Bed was super comfy, good water pressure/temp in the shower, and quite spacious. 5. Beach access. This was one of the main points for my decision, and it was the right one. You dont have to go on a shuttle or golf cart just to get to the beach. It's right there. 6. Staff! The front desk folks were polite and helpful, and some individuals (Ray, Cumali) really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and memorable. 7. And most importantly - Good Samaritan-ness. I lost my purse the first night (SO exhausted from traveling) and the next morning, someone had turned it in to the lost and found - without a single item missing. Highly recommend :)
