The hotel is ideally situated in the town, within walking distance from restaurants, stores and the Queen Emma Bridge. Within the hotel there are three restaurants Cascada restaurant on the rooftop with great views, ZOH restaurant and Mar & Tierra restaurant, there is also a cigar & wine lounge, tea shop locatedon the ground floor. Staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the room also has a mini fridge. My only negative comment is thst some of the towels are old and consideration should be given to changing them out.

We loved our stay at this boutique Hotel! The people are outstanding! So friendly and accommodating and helpful. The rooftop deck was so fun and the food delicious. Don’t miss the happy hour drink specials! We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this hotel is up there with the most comfortable beds, and we had the best sleep. The shower is huge refreshing, and we love the extra eco-friendly features of the hotel nothing wasted we would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone front counter staff or especially helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at the Elements Hotel. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s in a great, safe area and within walking distance to many of the country’s main attractions, which made exploring super convenient. The rooms are basic but functional, and the overall cleanliness was okay. What really stood out was the staff ,they were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel also has a pool, which was a nice bonus after a day out. Overall, it’s a workable option for travelers looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay.

The overall attention of the staff, the recommendations they offered, made the stay a perfect moment. If you have a rental car, you'll need local coins. There are parking meters in the area near the hotel, and the hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There's a Flowbird app, but we couldn't get it to work. An additional note: you can deposit money (1 florin per hour), and you can deposit it the day before, so you don't have to go before 8 a.m. to add coins. If you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, there's a laundromat half a block away where washing and drying are very quick and the staff is super friendly.
