Elements is a MUST!

Very centralized to the floating bridge, Curaçao and Dushi signs, markets, souvenir shops and more. Great location. The staff was AMAZING! Eesh literally walked me to the street to assist me with the parking setup and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Chelsea was great as well and the housekeepers were helpful and had great energy. The rooftop bar was such a good time Friday and Saturday. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and has great ambiance. Jose is delightful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Decent hotel.. Ish on the front desk should be used as a model for exceptional customer service. Super smiley, goes above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to encounter. The staff up on the pool deck early evening - not so much. Not even eye contact, let alone a hello... but I guess they are too cool for that. Be aware, certainly on the Friday & Saturday night that I stayed there, there was loud pumping music which permeates into the rooms until around midnight. Other than that - decent hotel and the steak & seafood restaurant on the ground floor was great. Spot on customer service and delicious food.

The Element is a very good place to stay the local atmosphere is great they welcome you with open arms. Very good place to stay the roof top staff is amazing Xrp to the moon. The front desk ms.chelsea was very helpful and was able to check in hassle free with great convenience and conversation. Pros: - Extremely convenient location to the downtown/tourist areas (Punda, short walk to bridge to Otrabanda). Good for a solo traveler or anyone not planning to rent a car. - The property has some food/bar options which is a plus, especially the rooftop bar that’s a vibe from Thursday-Saturday especially. - Staff were always friendly both at the front desk and throughout the common areas Cons: - The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor was quite dirty which was off-putting but nothing crazy as long as you have shoes I suppose. - They have a nice DND/clean room system which was adhered to all but once where my room wasn’t cleaned for the day. The staff did an alright job cleaning but did not replace the comforter for the duration of my 6 night stay, not sure where it was communicated that this is the expectation but this would be the only hotel I’ve encountered like that. - The music from the rooftop can be loud but not an issue if you’re not in your room much from around 4pm to 11:30-midnight. Overall, Elements is a solid pick if you want to be close to the touristy areas and explore for the first time, but as a returning traveler I’d probably stay elsewhere.
