From the moment we walked in the hotel i knew we made a great choice . The location was perfect . Lots of parking right infront of the hotel . Upon arrival the hotel felt warm and welcoming . Once at the front desk we were greeted and attended in seconds . The front desk agent was so friendly and her smile was contagious . The checking in procedure was quick and informative as she provide us with lots of information of the hotel and its surroundings . The room was modern , spacious and well kept . There is one issue that i think needs to be adressed its the fact that the bathroom door which is a sliding hanging door does not come to a complete closure. The opening space takes away privacy when using the bathroom . The pool area was beautiful . From now on every time i go to Curacao i am staying at this hotel . Travelled with friends and we all loved it .

The hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful. And The area around the hotel is ideal for sightseeing. The Queen Emma Bridge is a 3 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and local stores are available. There is a small beach right in front of the building, and beach towels can be rented free of charge. I would like to visit this hotel again.

In the middle of town, lots of shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel has restaurants and bars. Many things to walk to and close to the bridge where you can walk to and over for many more shops and restaurants.

My stay here was unforgettable! The front desk staff were amazing and tremendously helpful. The guidance they provided in terms of tours and activities to do while here was remarkable. From the cold welcome water to the sense of security and feeling like your needs were accommodated was great! The only concern was the noise from the property construction but thatā€™s all for the future good. I recommend here highly!!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which has impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The lobby lacks air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning in the rooms is functional but not very effective, so the rooms remain warmer than I would like. Additionally, the electrical outlets are European, so make sure to bring the appropriate adapters. Overall, the stay was less comfortable than expected

No me gusto la atenciĆ³n de la seƱorita de la recepciĆ³n apenas llegue muy regaƱando a mis hijos por tomar mĆ”s de un dulce y la misma el ultimo dĆ­a fue a sacarnos de mala forma de la picina, tanto que mi esposo le tocĆ³ decirle que respetara que a los gritos no. 2. El resto del personal de servicio fue muy bueno 3. El aseo regular el baƱo nunca lo limpiaron bien durĆ© con una mancha en la taza como tres dias y considerĆ³ que el hecho de que los vidrios de la picina no estĆ©n bien limpios hace que pierda todo el encanto la vista.
