Great place!
Great Clean place inside and out! Friendly staff that were also attentive to minor issues in room. Nice size beach that you can snorkel on many fish and coral more so on the rougher side of water beyond rocks and at openings in between. Also connects to Mambo beach with a boardwalk that has many Restaurants and shopping. Sea Aquarium next door.

The property is amazing. However, the staff needs to be retrained. In fact, I should have reached out to customer service sooner. Staff - the front desk staff needs to be retrained. We had multiple issues with them. For starters, I booked a resort view room with double beds, which clearly states it sleeps 4. The fees say we would need to pay $25 per additional person. This was fine with us, as expedia does not let you change the guest count when booking packes. 2 of us were coming from NY, 1 from Nashville, and 1 from Houston. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know we would be 4, and I was told this $25 per person fee was only valid for children under the age of 18. This was not clearly stated in the additional fees. We were forced to upgrade our room to an apt for an additional $150 a night. The housekeepers, towel attendants, and bell hop (the best) were all truly amazing. Location- second to none. The beach is gorgeous, so many great restaurants around there. Do not sleep on Hemingway. We traveled to Willemstad but had much better food on the Mambo Beach strip. Easy shopping options and so many excursions available to book from within the hotel. There is also an avis next door if you want to explore on your own. Hotel- the hotel, the rooms, the pool, and the restaurants were all gorgeous. Truly beautiful picturesque surrounding. Our issues seem to all go down to the front desk. Once they fix these issues, this place will be spectacular.

We stayed at LionsDive for my wife’s birthday. The ocean view room was wonderful. The resort was very clean and welcoming. My wife and I enjoyed everything about this resort. All of the bartenders at the Hemingway were great at mixing drinks, especially Thania(I hope it’s spelled correctly)!

Overall I had a nice stay and would return ! Room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great private beach with plenty of available chairs/umbrellas. Walking distance to Mambo and restaurants. Customer service was great for the most part. Eldrich made my birthday extra special by delivering a card and champagne to my room ! Only hiccup I had was the construction. A little loud in the morning and they blocked my car in. I would recommend parking in the bigger lot in front of the check in building.

Let me start out by saying I’ve traveled to a few resorts in my life and have never felt so at home like I did with LionsDive. The customer service the birthday decorations they did for my daughters 16th birthday the amenities they have to fun and romance. I just loved it here. All staff was welcoming especially Eldrich. The onllyyyy thing I didn’t like was the cashless restaurants on the actual resort.

Obviously the resort was beautiful and very large. Excellent snorkeling areas just off the beach- lots of life! What I found remarkable was that I couldn’t find a spec of trash on the property. The staff works so hard to keep the grounds pristine at all times. It was impressive. Loved the aquarium adjacent to the property- quite lovely! The resort offers so many opportunities for various activities or just relaxation. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property and rooms were very clean. Our room was cleaned daily which we appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our room. We preferred to eat out as we didn’t care for the restaurant on the property. The hotel is not far from other dining options and we rented a car so that was not a problem for us. We would definitely return.

The beach area was nice and restaurant staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, this got overshadowed by the loud cleaning staff in the early morning and leaky AC unit over our bed. My wife and I had one bad experience with a cleaning staff member who had an attitude when we asked her to come back in a couple of minutes while we put on our swimsuits. Because of this, we decided to accommodate her and not put on our swimsuits although WE were the guests..

From the minute we arrived we were greeted by Eldrich who was extremely nice and helpful every day throughout our stay. Loved the resort, steps from the beach which was perfect. Fantastic vibe surrounding the resort, live music, great food and drinks. Absolutely loved this resort and its employees. Would highly recommend the Lions Dive and will certainly be back.
