I rely on reviews to help me choose places/experiences, so I hope this review helps you. This hotel exceeded my expectations. To be frank, the ONLY disappointment was the food at the pool bar/restaurant. The drinks were spot on, but the food was very expensive and not good. Everything else was AMAZING. The walkability to all the restaurants, shops, etc was very convenient. The pool are with man-made beach was relaxing and had gorgeous views. The staff in all spaces was lovely. They had bike rentals, a casino for a little fun, yoga on site and Starbucks was directly outside our room…perfect! The beds and pillows are comfortable and staff cleaned the room every day. Overall this hotel is perfect for a family or couples who want walkability to so much along with a safe, fun, clean, relaxing environment at the hotel.

Amazing staff! Not enough people are taking part in the all-inclusive and you are missing out! Hopefully they will continue to grow their activities (an arcade is opening shortly!). Do the cooking class with Chef Erick!! Best activity! The ceviche is to die for! Spent so much time at the beach and was amazing!

This to me was a perfect balance, property has exactly what we wanted, it’s safe , lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, at night we walked downtown, during the day we drive to the famous West side beaches. This hotel was mint, easy free parking, a gym, a Starbucks! Great room service, comfy bed, a cool pool.

Best customer service, walk to everything, very safe. We did not have all inclusive but did have breakfast 3 times there. Very good value for the price. English is taught to everyone in school. So communications was not an issue. Local transportation was very available. Always confirm the fair before taking the bus or vans.
