The employees went out of their way to help. The property was well kept and the food was amazing! What we did not like was our patio view into a dirty parking lot. Also, at many all inclusive resorts your wrist band is enough. Here in addition to your wristband you had to wait for a check and sign for everything.

Great location and the food was good. We only purchased the breakfast option since we knew we would be out sightseeing and may not eat lunch and dinner there most days. However, we were not disappointed on the days we had lunch and dinner at the hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon there, and the Renaissance made it special with champagne and chocolates waiting in our room when we arrived. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

You can never go wrong with booking at the Renaissance Wind Creek (Aruba or Curacao). At this property the entire staff was amazing but the two names I remember the most are Luis at the front desk and Elgan at the 5 o'clock bar.

The property is located in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable but the pillows for the bed were flat and didnā€™t provide any head support. TV issue resolved on second day after reporting twice to front desk. The property is listed as 5 star upscale resort but meets the standards of a 3 star hotel can use some updating.

The man made beach needs cleaning and the edge wall needs brushing. Very slimmy and slippery with oils and sunscreen. Guest services need to acknowledge what guest are celebrating and make an effort to make guest feel special. Absolutely nothing was done for my wifes birthday celebration. Wish a balloon or even a slice if cake. But Absolutely nothing. Its would put this resort over the top if that was done. The doorman took more interest in us then the guest services.
