Check in was smooth & easy. Location great for walk to town. We did that every day since there was not a beach to walk. Room was spacious, with little space for storage. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and cruise ships. Would not have wanted any other view. Room was serviced every day. The whole place was very clean. Elevators were quick, stairs were convenient. The Rif was much quieter than the Mangrove. Beaches at both resorts were not much to look at, but nice enough and snorkeling at Mangrove was okay. Beach/pool chairs always available, but good spots taken early at Mangrove beach. Beach/pool towels were plentiful and always available. There were plenty of bars well located throughout the resort. Most bartenders were friendly and attentive. The drinks were not consistent between bartenders. Rif has better alcohol. The buffet was big with lots of options. Not so many if you're gluten free, as I am. Always had small gf section with rice, fish sauté, & chicken sauté, drumsticks, or dry pork chops. I took chance with several other items that I thought might be gluten free, risking cross contamination. We could always find some food that was good. Restaurant reservations were kind of a pain. Slow line up at 10am. Learned the app was easier. Service varied. Food was okay. Entertainment was lacking at both resorts. Some at 9pm (kinda late). Would be nice to have some local music. Kayak tour offered at resort was nice

The property was very nice. Rooms were clean. Lots of food options. We stayed here specifically for snorkeling directly from the hotel which we were able to do. The kids loved the water slides.

The Rif was perfect for my stay. From the moment I checked in I was greeted with smiles and hospitality. Timo, hope I got his name right, was very thorough with my check in and advised me well on location of restaurants bars and other amenities around the property. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful if I needed anything, from the front desk to the bar staff to the bell boys to the restaurant staff to house keeping, all top notch in my books. Definitely enjoyed my stay here at The Rif and would definitely return. Thank you kindly.

Excellent property, clean and beautiful. The food is exquisite, so many option one one more delicious than the other, you can not go wrong with any food option, for me is the best buffet comparing with the 5 island we had been so far. Curacao is a beautiful and colorful island that should be in everyone destination. They can improve the recreation and also the customer service by adding personal to assist the buffet area, the attendant are so few that they can not assist everyone and the guest are who pay for the poor service, they are hard workers, needing more Human Resources. The few personal at the buffet are hard workers but is a big buffet needing more of them to guest get more customer service. But I loved the hotel the beach, even though it has a rocky entrance. I definitely want to go back to Curacao and to The Rif

The food was terrible. The staff in the restaurants were terrible. The mangrove part of the hotel was terrible. Water at the beach was not as pretty as any other hotel on the island. Drinks were fine. Quick walk to town was nice.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from beginning to end! Francis at the front desk was extremely helpful, from upgrading our room to giving us tips on where to visit to make our trip memorable. The hotel was clean and spacious. Food was good. We will surely be returning.

Clean rooms, sweet staff even at the sister resort. However the food was subpar, staff was over worked and my heart just broke for them.The beaches are not walkable without water shoes.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay on the resort & the surrounding areas. The food was great and the staff were friendly. Plus the scenery was amazing. Issues I have are based on my previous experiences at other resort and the excellent experiences I had there. The Rif did not provide much entertainment and the pools closed pretty early. It was also hard finding food in between the assigned buffet times. The TV in my room didn’t work and it took maintenance 3 days to get it fixed. Others in my group had a pvery horrible experience with housekeeping and never got their room cleaned for the whole stay of five days after repeatedly calling the front desk and speaking with the supervisor. The town is beautiful and I did feel safe going out to the local shops and downtown area. I would recommend this resort for a relaxation vacation.

I booked 10 days here. January 1, 2025 - January 10, 2025 The service here is horrible. Staff and restaurant workers are the worst I’ve experience at an all inclusive. I read the reviews about the bad service here, but I figured it was just difficult people who don’t tip. I am very easy and believe tipping brings better service. However, even with tipping, asking simple questions/ordering drinks/food, I was with met with attitude from most staff members. Unforgivable customer service my entire stay. Started day 1: I checked in at 2pm, but was told check in is at 4pm. Which is no big deal. I went to get lunch. However, I returned at 4pm and they couldn’t find my request/room and did not see that I checked in. Reservations I made for multiple dinners and kayaking were “not found”. The menu at the restaurants were limited. Which makes no sense since restaurants are supposed to be “all included”, at an “all inclusive”. I ordered Room service and it did not show up. The list goes on, but I think I’m making it clear how the service was such an issue. The resort is very nice for curaçao as it’s still a developing county. There aren’t many nice hotels here. Especially, if you are booking an all inclusive I recommend to stay with Mexico, Jamaica, DR, if you are looking for an all inclusive resort Hope this review helps people Thank you

The hotel grounds are well-maintained and our suite was in great condition, offering all necessary amenities. The culinary team exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of food and beverage at the restaurants and main buffet, was simply exquisite!
