Bathroom was the WORST SMELL ever and I used to live in Asia. Automatic door locks were sometimes finicky. Appreciated a room up grade and free ice cream at checking. Pool area was unique with sand around pool very pretty. Front desk staff generally seemed grumpy and bothered by guests.

The male receptionists was not helpful at all, and showed no sign of concern for his customer. I only got important important info the next day when shift was changed and he was not there. Thanks to your female receptionists I honestly forgot her name but she was very helpful and kind to us

The property itself is safe and quiet .Bar,food and pool area are nice.Its a short walk to Punda area,but only felt safe during the day when walking there. We stayed in the Ritz Residence last year and enjoyed it enough to book it again this year .The staff is always great and that's one of the reasons we returned.On this trip we found apartment is in need of some maintenance and the IKEA furniture is worn out.

The location and property was great for what you paid for , the staff was fantastic i enjoyed myself i just wish they had full length mirrors, that was my only problem, i was struggling with the bathroom mirror for outfit checks 😂

I liked how each building had its own charm. There are information sheets displayed on different buildings/area describing its original functions since it was an old ice cream factory. As a solo traveler, safety and convenience were important to me and glad to say I was very satisfied. Staff were friendly, quiet area and is walkable into town.

On arrival, check in was smooth but you have to find your room on your own, there’s no one to help with bags or take you to your room. The room was ok, you literally get what you paid for. There’s only one option for water, and that’s the cold option (blue) there’s no hot water. Although, the water wasn’t that cold, it was tolerable. There were times when it was hot, I’m guess it’s because it was a hot day. They tidy your room daily, and change your towels when asked. I needed an iron and ironing board but they were only able to give an iron, they were no ironing boards. We paid for breakfast for throughout our stay but only had it once. It was ok, just the normal continental breakfast. There was omelets and small pancakes, bread options, fruits and coffee/tea. There was limited parking, we had to struggle most nights, not sure about parking outside, but I wasn’t about that. The place was really close to town, probably an 8-10 mins walk. Overall it was “ok”, if you are looking for a low budget place, I’d recommend. We did because we wanted to spend our money doing fun things instead.

Hotel location is very convenient. Hotel room that we booked came with table top induction. That coupled with the mini mart makes it a great place to relax if you don't want the hassle of traveling or renting a car. Short walk to punda as well where all the stores and tourist shops are

The property has two pools and one was rarely used by anyone. If you like privacy this is the pool for you. The other one is prettier and more crowded, with a bar and restaurant right there. The hotel is in an area where there isn’t much to do or see but, walk 5-10 minutes and you get to a nice, touristy area where you can find lots of options for dining and shopping. Overall a good option to stay in Curazao
