The staff was lovely Connie was my ultimate favorite . She goes above & beyond the norm. Twice she was the only one working breakfast. She was the cook, the cleaning of tables , had to literally run to get people what they asked for.m as she was left alone. Yet she kept her cool , her lovely smile & her witty personality is just beautiful. The nighttime bartender Kai could use some customer service help & coaching from Connie cause Kai likes to sit on his butt talking to friends rather than greet guests when they arrive & makes some wait 5-7. Minutes before asking what they would like. So we left a day early as he does not impress. Everyone else on staff we encountered was lovely.

The hotel is not as it appears in the photos, I felt completely deceived because I went based on the photos. I arrived, looked and wanted a refund and they didn't do it. I left the hotel and went somewhere else. I would never go back and I don't recommend it either.

If you decide to stay at The Ritz Village Hotel you will need to bring the following.. a washcloth they do not provide them: a blanket if you get cold easily the beds just have a single sheet on them: last a tolerance or cold showers they do not have hot water and make sure you bring shower shoes. The shower head is also located in the corner of the shower against the wall if you move it you flood the bathroom. The shower was also very small in my room. The room doesn't have a hair dryer, iron or ironing board. If you decide on getting the breakfast package, breakfast is just okay, nothing to write home about. I had to go through a walkway to get back and forth to my room. I felt it was a little unsafe because there was no lights on for the first couple of days I was there.

Great affordable stay. Here's a quick review breaking down a few things: 1) The hotel was at full capacity during my stay but it didn't feel overwhelming. 2) You can get a vehicle to move around the island however public transport is very reliable and Punda is close to quite a lot. 3) Staff are pretty good- especially the staff I interacted with- Kazie, Aldrich, Russel & Steffania were all really interactive and pleasant. 4) Housekeeping is good- fresh towels at your request. 5) Food from the restaurant is decent as well. Overall a quite enjoyable stay. No complaints.

It's located in a very convenient location close to Punda and Otrabanda. Workers are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Whether you are here for work or fun, it's provides the environment you require. It has 2 pools, wherein 1 pool area has a bar and restaurant with choices of bar, table or poolside seating. Also bare in mind the hotel has 2 sections. One newly built with modern amenities and the other is a renovated historical building (a former packaging factory). Highly recommend. So choose which side suits you best

The reception give great customer service, really love the idea of the ice cream when you check in. The property is very clean and update, the cleaning ladies was very nice. Highly recommend ritz village to anyone, staff always willing to help you.

Inside the gates it's very safe and nice, however the neighborhood the property is in is full of dilapidated homes. Not a deal breaker because many of the buildings on the island look like this. Still a beautiful property and very well kept. The architecture in the area is amazing. My only gripe is that there is no hot water at times in the room I stayed. Otherwise my stay was perfect.
