A relaxing trip

This trip was made sooo much better because of the Arizona 9 Motor Hotel. The sound of a train horn in the distance made comfort a wonderful state of mind. What more could someone want.

The area was the highlight! You get here route 66 vibes! It was a got spot to drive to Grand Canyon. The place & staff were very welcoming helpful and kind! The only down point, there was few hair here and there so the cleaning need to be improved.

This hotel is historic Route 66 so it is very old but the husband and wife management team keep it up and clean the best to their ability. The are also the reason for my 5 star feedback: super helpfull, go more than the extra mile.....just fantastic. Hitel has excellent position

This hotel was a gem. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet considering we were in downtown Williams. Walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

The front desk couple were VERY friendly and nice to us, good conversation and cute doggie. We were at a fund raiser next door so that was convenient for us. No coffee anywhere on site was no fun. No mention of extra towels in room by bed? ? ? didn't see until too late.

The staff was really nice here! Very nice guy. We liked our room. Easy parking and has walkable stores and restaurants. There was just a weird smell in the restroom, but that was it. Not a modern looking place, but it was clean and has a comfortable bed. Good place to stay at.

Fairly clean. Floors are soft and feel at places that you may fall through. Also not a good wheelchair unit for they have a roll in type shower but hallway leading to the bathroom is too narrow fir a power chair.

This is a quaint little motor lodge . Room was clean and freshand the beds were comfortable . Because this is old retrofit construction the bathroom was pretty tight and we would have appreciated a grab bar in the shower. Rodrigo the manager went out of his way to be friendly and accommodating.

Crazy hotel attendant

Was excited about staying at historic motel. We booked room 6 and I got directions wrong and unlocked basement door, fell a few steps in because I wasn’t paying attention. Thought I was having a bad dream in the night, but turns out people staying in room 7 came in late all juiced up and broke into my room. Now I will say it’s probably because hotel staff didn’t know much about how to affix door jam hardware seeing how it was held on by some 1/2 screws, and had been broke so many times there wasn’t any wood left in the door jam for screws to hang onto. Spoke with attendant that morning when I realized it wasn’t a dream and someone had actually pushed my door in, he told me he didn’t have time to fix the door jam, I told him we showed up 3 hours after check in time, was absolutely no excuse, and funny how he didn’t mention that to me when we checked in and paid for two nights. Requested refund and he totally began to flip out on me, I advised of Arizona’s hotel liability statute where the property has a duty to ensure guest safety and how easy it would be to prove negligence in this instance. Continued to holler and scream at me and when another lady suggested to refund for my second night, because obviously was not going to have my family stay here another night, he cussed her out and told her to stay out of it, I mean what kind of man talks to a woman like that? I will say after speaking to owner, he did refund my second night, thanks.

This is not a fancy hotel but it’s just perfect and affordable and we brought both small dogs and they were very welcome
