While not fancy, comfortable. They were generous with the towels in the room which was great for families and had water in the lobby. We found the hotel to have the comforts we needed while being walking distance to the Grand Canyon Railway.

This place was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool deck is incredibly slippery. Recommend signage at a minimum to alert people of the risk of falling.

Cons The hotel fell short in a couple of areas. Our key card wouldn’t work, the door had to be reset. The hot tub was cool, a staff member had to reset it. We didn’t get our free complementary waters until asking for them at checkout. The hallway on our floor was very warm. In fact, so was our room, we had to put the AC on to cool it down. I imagine some of these issues have to do with saving money on electricity. Pros It was a very clean hotel, walking distance to food and five minute drive to the main area of shopping and restaurants. It is right off the highway. The complementary breakfast was good. Overall, I would recommend and would stay there again.
