The man that checked us in was very nice, we were towing a trailer and he showed us where we could park it. Very safe area. Breakfast buffet was extremely good. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Only 2 years old Very nice hotel Be careful around the pool area as tile is extremely slippery I believe they will be changing it in December Old town Williams walking distance and very cute town with lots of shops and restaurants

Satisfied but some issues…
Overall, we were satisfied, however there were some issues. 1. The morning of our check in, we woke up to a fraud text from our bank. The hotel tried to pull our payment at 3:30am, before we had even arrived. Check in time wasn’t scheduled til 3:00pm so that was something we felt uneasy about. 2. Beds are extremely stiff and not very comfortable. 3. Bathroom towel are very very small 4. Bathroom door offers no privacy. It is a barn door style and does not lock or latch and leaves a gap open on the opposite side 5. Maids came way too early in the morning so we were not able to get our room cleaned the entire 3 days we were there as we were still getting ready for the day. The pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was decent and the front staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
