Poor Service, Misleading Checkout Info, Plumbing Issues We checked in around midnight and were verbally told by the front desk that noon or 1 PM checkout would not be an issue due to the late arrival. The next morning, we received messages threatening late checkout fees, contradicting what we were told at check-in. On top of that, both the sink and the shower/tub were draining extremely slowly, which we only discovered during use. Instead of acknowledging the room issue or the misinformation given by staff, the response was defensive and dismissive, repeatedly citing “policy.” The tone of the messages was unnecessary and disappointing, especially given the circumstances. This is not the level of service I expect from a Hilton-branded property. I would not stay here again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower and toilet worked well as did the television. Other than that, this was a real bare bones experience. Our room was on the second floor but there was no elevator. The bathroom door would not stay open so we had to prop it open to get some heat in there. The only ice machine was on the first floor and no way to make hot water for tea in the room. The “free breakfast” was nearly gone by 8:00 and the hot water pot was clearly used before for coffee as my tea was ruined with stale coffee flavor. There was only one staff person available at a given time. This was a noisy place. There were people who were up very late, like after 1:30 am, talking loudly and laughing. And there was some mechanical noise that went on all night. If this had been a Motel 6 I would have expected these issues, but for the price we paid and the Hilton name, I expected more.

Boiled egg was the ONLY option. Not hot. Peeled. Only one type of bagel that could be toasted. No meat, nothing hot. Few day old apples on offer. The most minimalist definition of continental breakfast one could use.

It was a lovely building and nice to have other choices in this small town. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice. However, this renovated building did not have insulated inside walls; you could hear every conversation talking place next door, the tv show they were watching, and worst of all were the yapping dogs. I do not recommend staying here due to the reverberation in the non-carpeted hallways of slamming doors and whining/yapping dogs and loud conversations.

Room was nice. Breakfast was lacking. Hotel was terribly noisy. Very rude guests, some of whom checked in at 2AM. Staff made a half-hearted attempt to quiet noisy guests, which failed. Got zero sleep the entire night. Was surprised at the outrageous $50 pet fee (for one small dog for one night) which was not communicated at check-in.

The oat milk was spoiled, so far gone that it was clumpy and rotten smelling, the coffee was very watered down on both days I was there, so weak that it had the color of apple juice. Undrinkable. The motel wanted to charge $40 to have a 30 min late check out time, even though they were not busy and only partially booked for the night. Very poor customer service with that. Being a new motel, it was pretty clean and carpets weren't sticky.
