Completely updated hotel

Completely renovated, so basicallly like a brand new hotel. Breakfast options were very basic like bagels, cereal, yogurt, and muffins. No meat or pancakes/waffles. They also had apples and oranges. The beds were average comfort for a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tony at the front desk was great.

Nice hotel

I had picked my room on the Hilton honors appt prior to check in, however, I wanted to check in at 2 but he could only put me in a room across from the elevator. Don’t ever stay in a room near the elevator, lol. I don’t understand how my original room “wasn’t ready” an hour before check in but that room was. Weird. Besides the excessive noise, the hotel was nice. Beds were comfy. Pillows were not the best. Breakfast included bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt, oranges and apples. The pool was so nice and very clean. We stayed here and went to the Great Wolf Lodge and it was very close by.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, the only thing I found was like a clump of hair by the bathroom trash but other than that everything was very clean. Location is very convenient only a few mins away from Busch Gardens and Outlet.

For an entry level Hilton brand, it’s impressive to see business isn’t limited to leisure. Diamond Honors preferred parking spaces impressive. Breakfast pretty good. Coffee much better this visit even if it’s Folgers. The iron board is the child sized but overall room is very nice.

Our only complaint was the tv service. It was horrible. Constant delays. Not sure if they had cable or dish but it was not good at all. Very frustrating trying to watch the tv. The mouth was always out of sync with the speech. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.
