The telephone line in our room was never connected. In spite of having the "please make up room" sign on the door from 10am through 5pm, our room was never made up. Both mornings of our stay, a television in the breakfast room was playing national news, with clearly audible volume, describing, in great detail, very child-inappropriate details of the P-Diddy trial, and when I requested multiple times that it be turned off because there were children in the room and it was inappropriate, I was first told that it could not be turned off, and I was then promised that it would be turned off the next day, and it was not.

Friendly staff

This BW appears to be well maintained. The Williamsburg BW prepares a more complete breakfast. Staff are accommodating and responsive.

We didn’t even stay the night, we left 30 minutes after arriving because of room bathroom was still dirty with hairs on the tub and what looked like blood on the shower curtain. Area walking into pool had cockroaches running around, with one even being dead on the floor in the lobby

went to breakfast on one day got there one hour before ending. There was only one sausage on bar and no milk for cereal. No one came to replenish bar for whole hour. Fitness center was out of order. Didn't put clean towels or empty trash both days

I liked it here - cheap and cheerful with a kinda retro feel. The rooms are big, clean and homely. For the price and location near Williamsburg and Busch Gardens its definitely one to consider.
