Comfort Inn in Williamsburg is always friendly, efficient and clean. Decent, basic continental breakfast and basic facilities. For visiting Colonial Williamsburg always a good option

Great Hotel
The room was clean. The bed comfortable. There was a small fridge/freezer. Plenty of room for our clothes. The staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant. We have been to this hotel for the last 6 years and have always been pleased with our stay.

This stay was very pleasant for my girls shopping weekend for Black Friday! Very close to all areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were many. And they changed a bit daily. Thank you. We will gladly book again here in the future.

It was a pleasant stay in Comfort Inn. Room was clean.. but the WiFi was not working and the tv was not working. So, please make the WiFi faster and fix the tv the room we have stayed. Rest it was nice 😊

All was great except for man on first floor (outside back door sitting on steps) who was talking very loud late at night, had ro use ear plugs. Finally had to call desk because he was still loud outside after midnight. He also would sit on steps blocking door. I did not feel safe entering through that door. Walked all the way to front lobby doors. Wish there was some sort of security around parking lot.

The property was impeccably clean. The front desk staff created a welcoming atmosphere when I arrived, even though it was around 9 pm. Having stayed in Williamsburg numerous times over the years, I can confidently say this hotel is among the nicest, I've encountered. The surrounding area boasts a Golden Carrol, a Cracker Barrel (btw services suck there, so choose wisely), and a semi-decent steakhouse, offering a delightful variety of dining options to choose from. Breakfast was mid; I advise you to go enjoy the Colonial Pancake House in Downtown Williamsburg one day of your visit. You won't regret it. Overall, it is a nice place to stay in a beautiful part of town. I will stay here again!!!
