a bit tired

The hotel is getting a bit tired, staff were wonderful but beds are needing an upgrade particularly the sofa bed. The food must be reevaluated, not much is available for healthy eating.

I booked a trip to Great Wolf Lodge and there ended up being a gigantic snowstorm and we were unable to make it. I tried calling the hotel for a day and a half and never got through. I even had hotels.com try calling the hotel on my behalf and they were unable to reach them as well. Doesn't look like I missed much because a lot of the reviews say that they have a problem with bed bugs and roaches. Lol
