The location is ideal. One has access to almost everything. For instance, shopping, dinning, historical sites as well as amusement parks. Moreover, the resort offers all types of amenities which makes one stay indeed very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to future guests.

When we got to the property they provided us a key to a room that was already occupied. The keys to the room stopped working. I went to property two weeks in advance to make sure I get a handicap accessible room and they gave me hard time when I got the resort the day of my reservation.

When we arrived the occupants above us had a child that ran constantly. The internet was awful and did not allow for streaming. The bathroom floor was clean in the master bedroom. A wash cloth from previous guest was left in the shower. The lock on the door malfunctioned. We were told maintenance was going to fix. The next day we went out for the day and returned to be still locked out of the room. Had to make the request again over 24 hours later and this time they did come and fix the door. It was very inconvenient because both times we were locked out, our family needed to use the restroom. The second time we were in our vehicle so we could drive to the main building and use the bathroom there, the first time our car key was locked in the room, so we had to walk to the main building which was uncomfortable when you have to use the bathroom.

The activities for my 3 grandsons was great! Safe, clean unit and facilities. Biggest complaint was inadequacy of the kitchen. Barely minimal supplies that made it difficult for cooking. Will not come back because of that.

Great air conditioning however toilet in both our rooms ran and pool cabana was not staffed. Clean overall and staff replied quickly to text messages. No smart tvs so could not connect to Netflix, streaming services etc. Our preferences not met at first so had to change both rooms the next day. Convenient location to all historic sites and lots of restaurants to choose from locally. Lots of spiders at night.

I especially loved our mini apartment that had a pull out couch, two bedrooms and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two twin beds and one king size bed. A kitchen with supplies, there was a local Publix/Wal-Mart and other stores nearby which made it so much easier to cook instead of buying. Busch Gardens was maybe 15 mins from this location which was convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Planning on returning in the Fall.

This was the fourth time we booked at this property as we had good experiences in the past unfortunately, this experience was pretty terrible. Our condo smelled terrible and we could see that our neighbor was smoking as well as smell it. We tried contacting the front desk. They sent security out and security did absolutely nothing to resolve this.
