Clean and neat but the bed was so worn out I had to sleep sideways to keep from falling off and the shower was so slippery I nearly fell. Usually use HIE because of comfortable beds and safety but tbh is one’s needs a lot of work

When we got to our room it smelled molded so we ask to be moved to another room and they did. That room we couldn't get the TV to work so they moved us to another room which was fine. We paid for a suite, but ended up with a regular room

Housekeepers need to find a new job if they think can get by half cleaning rooms. Booked for 6 days and house keeping only came into make up bed neglecting taking out the trash and cleaning the floor, crumbs all over the floor when I first got into the room.

Could really use some cleaning, especially bathrooms and carpets throughout. Beds were nice, ac worked well (a bit loud), and wifi was good. Quiet despite pretty central location, with restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Overall it was a great hotel experience. My kids loved the free hot chocolate availability in the lobby. The pool was a great size and comfortable temperature. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn't taste as good as it looked, and that was disappointing. My kids and I had a good stay and would return to stay there in the future.

Great staff, good food for breakfast every day. It was constantly stocked. Room was exactly like the one in the pictures. Lots of restaurants and chains nearby. Would stay here again
