The first night we arrived we didn’t have wash clothes and the tv didn’t work our key card to get in the room didn’t work all weekend it was a very inconvenient stay I hated it will never stay there again

Upon check in there was no air conditioning in hall ways or public area. Upon getting to my room my key cards did not work, went back down 3 floors and returned…did this 4 times before they had maintance fix this. We left that morning with doors locked and closed….we returned late that after noon and found our door proped open and had been all day..thanful no one came in the room and stole anything. Then to top it all of we went to have coffee and breakfast to have to listen to a religious program that was very offensive. I would not recomend this place. Oh and by the way, when we reported our room had been left open the person at the desk could have cared less!!!

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The hotel looked dirty & the rooms didn’t look much better. Only thing I wasn’t really disappointed about was the fact that I found no bugs & the sheets were clean.

Horror Show at Laquinta Inn.
The phone was Not hooked up. The bathroom was horrible. They had a handicap seat in the tub that had black stuff on it. I would not have wanted to sit a dog on it let alone a person. The drain for the shower was on the end of the shower opposite the hand held so most of the water went in the floor. No one ever came to check on the phone. The TV channels weren’t coming in. One lady did come to bring another handicap seat. Of course I was afraid to sit on it. I did not sleep the whole weekend.

One Night Stay for Busch Gardens trip
Staff was very nice and courteous at the front desk. No issues checking in or checking out. The hallway leading to our room had debris on the floor and near our room there was a pile of bedding sitting outside of a room (at 9:30pm). Inside the room there was a crack inside the shower, black mold above the sink near what I assume is the room fan? In the room it self it looked like the wall near one of the beds had been damaged at some point, looks like a hold had been patched but the wall hadn't been repainted (white splotch present that was a little unsightly). The bedding was comfortable. Outside of the room in the back parking lot it look there was a group of people tailgating or having a party at 9:30pm. Not sure it they were staying or not, but in the morning there was a lot of trash present where they were. Made us feel a little uneasy about having out vehicle out there. Overall one night stay was pleasant, but may be uncomfortable scheduling a longer trip

The person that checked me in was nice. Got to room however door was open but looked clean. So thought house keeping forgot to shut door. Guy pounds on door trys getting in eventually says he has wrong room. Turns out he didn't. Bathroom was a mess from maintenance. No remote for TV, go to call front desk no phone cord. Girl was pleasant on night shift. Deserves a raise cuz I wasn't happy. Got me a new room. The only issue there was someone tried getting in room again. Not sure what that was about. Probably will not stay here again I chose this hotel because ur location in Michigan was great.

The hotel was just fine for our needs - last minute reservation that allowed pets. I did notice there was peeling paint and some mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom, but didn't no major issues for our quick one-night stay.
