Only problem, especially for seniors was the lack of any handles or supports inside the bath, tubs are slippery and this could be improved.

The room met my expectations on cleanliness 5 stars for that. The outside of my room had a trash can overflowing and a trash bag overflowing right outside my door. That's my only complaint.

Horrible place to stsy!
First room smelt like smoke. The second room had bugs crawling on the walls and fllors when the light went out. Terrible night. Then charged me a $75 cancellation fee because I was not going to stay another night! Horrible place to stsy!

The curtains were torn therefore would not hang together and had to be paper clipped together and were dirty they had been in disrepair for along time no Kleenex in the Kleenex holder and when a second blanket was requested the desk person was clearly annoyed at the request and its close to the train tracks

There was a smell of drug usage at times. Some of the people around were a little questionable. Need more lighting in the bathroom. Overall not a,bad place to stay if all you plan on doing is sleeping.

It was ok. Grounds around pretty dirty. Room was very old and we had dirt in our carpet. Loud music playing up until about 1 am. Not sure where it was coming from. It was average. Bed was comfortable though and nice TV. Front staff were friendly.

For the price it was pretty much as expected. The king size bed was very firm and had 3 very soft marshmallow pillows. We did have what appeared to be a roach climbing on the wall, didnt see any other bugs on our stay. Fairly clean other than rhe bug. It served its purpose for our 2 night stay.

Worst hotel staffing in Williamsburg! Be aware!
This hotel was so nice when I found out I was in the remodel hotel part. Then later on I found out that they had poor cleaning I found things on the refrigerator down to dirty sheets I contracted management they did nothing even the head housekeeper was rude and nasty. I end up was rushed out my room so they could rush clean it for the best guess. I end up leaving something and when I returned the house keeper had my item plus something else on her cart as if she won’t turning it in to the front desk. The management was contacted an I got into it with him over saying I would leave a bad review then he got nasty with me instead of addressing his staff.
