This is our second time staying at this property. We were visiting Busch Gardens both times. The hotel is very easy to find and very clean. The breakfast was good. The gentleman at the front desk was kind to give me directions to some restaurants nearby.

Going into the hotel. It was nice and clean. The rooms in itself was clean as well. The one thing I must say is the smell was terrible inside of our room. It smelled just like mildew, no matter how much air freshener, we used, it still smelled really bad. They said this only happens in the summertime, because of how The AC is being utilized, other than that it was a good stay.

We have stayed here before and have continued to have a positive experience. We were greeted by the person at the front desk who was very friendlu and helpful. The rooms were clean and had enough space for everyone. This hotel was close to Busch Gardens and a variety of restaurants.

Beds was comfortable. But matress cover needed to be replace because of stains. Carpet need to be replace because of wear and tear. Bedding was very clean and window curtains clean. Excellent location for Restaurant. Walking distance.

Toilet would not flush. Was told that was the only room available so went to look at the problem. Then was told it was “just slow to fill” but was given another room anyway. Overall the hotel was ok but certainly not worth what I paid for a single night. Refrigerator that was scratched, rusted and in need of defrosting.

I have a good experience staff was friendly, installations clean , 4 min drive to the colonial center, restauran ts walkable distance. The only item was the bathtub was a bit sleepery.
