Pleasantly Surprised

First time at a Sleep Inn and was a little apprehensive as price was quite a bit lower than some competitors but was pleasantly surprised. Location was showing it's age but was very clean and comfortable. Room was a little smaller than we were used to but all the amenities were there. Breakfast was great and service was excellent....

Just stayed there last nignt (3/15/25) the front desk staff was extremely nice. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and going to check out, the gentlemen at the desk was nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

Pleasant stay

Hotel was in a convenient location for what we wanted to do. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was a plus. Combination of hot and cold items. Price was a big plus. Will use this location again.

It was a nice stay. The stay would have been better if it wasn't for all the screaming from the unruly children that were there. The room is outdated and needs attention. The cost was reasonable.

Decent stay and close to colonial Williamsburg

Decent place and short drive to the college of W&M. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative about the room was that the shower only got warm and not hot. I prefer hot showers so this was a negative for me. Breakfast was good. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Hotel is next to Golden Corral. Hotel is being renovated so there were workers in the hallway and paint cans and drop cloths in the hall and near the elevator that was left out overnight, so be mindful if you have kids.

Me and my husband are regulars at Sleep Inn. 2024 was a very stressful year for both of us, so we stayed for 5 days just to get away from everyone and everything. The stay was great. We were fully rested and was actually ready to go home. This is our goto get away hote. LOVE IT.

Hotel was good for a quick stay. Hotel is showing its age and could go for an update. Staff were helpful when needed. Check in was smooth and quick. Front desk staff were polite. Breakfast ended at 9am so keep that in mind if you sleep in.
