Great value and great location, just dated.

The facility is in a great location. The apartments have plenty of room, and the amenities are better than your average hotel. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and borrowing equipment to play tennis. The on-site car chargers are nice, though pricey and there aren't enough of them. The rooms are a little dated, and there were little things that needed maintenance, lots of outside lights out, our jetted tub didn't work, and parking can be rough. Still, we'd return if we want to stay in the area again for a few days, the price was good for the space and features.

The splash pad was awesome. The one staff guy at the pool worked so hard. He was trying his best to keep kids from going head first down the water slide & not going up the slide the wrong way PLUS being in charge of the towel check out. His hands were full. Also someone had a fire over in the grilling area and a guy from the staff came out of nowhere and quickly put it out. Check out was the worst part of our stay.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the pool—it was perfect for kids and kept them entertained for hours. The whole property felt very family-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. From the welcoming staff to the kid-friendly amenities, everything was set up with families in mind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children!

The beds were comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful and the residences present a like-home quality that makes you want to stay longer. The 2 bathrooms were a most welcomed treat. Not having to share a bathroom with my kids while on vacation was so awesome. We loved it and will definitely return.

We will not stay here again. The suite was not well maintained; the furniture was worn and stained, there was a thick coat of dust and dirt built up on the HVAC air intake vent, and there was an odor of grease and mustiness that permeated the suite. Not a good experience.
