This property is huge. Biggest I have stayed so far. Ours had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 big washrooms (one with a tub) The unit had its own dining kitchen and a big family room. We were expecting a hotel room but it delightfully turned out to be a full family unit. Amenities had a indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool (seasonal) and arcade room in the welcome building. Property is spread out over acres and separate buildings with accommodation rooms.

The office staff greeted us with kindness and great customer service. We were accommodated with our request of having two rooms adjacent to each other and lucky enough to get an hour extended to late check out. The yard was perfect in the back of the suite as well as the balcony/porch was perfect. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was a great location near Busch Gardens! Would definitely recommend and plan to be back!

Could use more street lighting and sidewalks

Our family of four adults had plenty of room staying at the Colonies at Williamsburg. The annoying part was having two cars and only one car could park directly out front of the unit and second car had to be parked in an overflow lot down the street. Not a big deal, but there are no sidewalks and people had to walk in the street and the street lighting was not fantastic.

It was pretty good.

The property was nice. It needs some updating though. There was plaster in the master bathroom and the decor was outdated. The fitness room was clean and neat but no free weights. A bit of a let down. A bit of a time warp but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Wow, it was beyond my expectations. The Best description is home away from home. This was a Leisure trip to visit my family. I rented a 2-bedroom WOW WOW it was specious, clean, beds comfortable, all you need, and more. Full kitchen. Just buy groceries and you are all set. I will go back again. Very Quiet.
