Very nice resort. Great amenities and not far from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. We appreciated not being requested to sit through a sales pitch for the resort. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with kitchenette. It had everything we needed for the kitchen and the unit was extremely clean. Check in with super easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. It was close to Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. We also did a trip to Yorktown while we were there and that wasn’t too far (under 30 minutes). We were in the upstairs unit and the people below us we could hear when they would go in and out. It wasn’t bad, but if noise bothers you, it might be an issue. We will definitely be back. We had a great time.

This is my first time being disappointed with this establishment. I have booked here quite a few times. But this one was just unacceptable. I had room 108A and it smelled like no one had stayed there in months. Very musty and stale smelling. Trash meet us when we pulled up. Trash and empty wine bottles on the terrace Omg it was so DATED as well. I bought the two bedroom because they are more appealing than the one bedroom. I went for one night when I usually stay for longer. Maybe that’s why they gave it to me. Wasn’t good enough for the right room. The jets in the hot tub were barely moving the water. It was just old. I felt like I was at a Super 8 and not a resort. Renovate that section. You are a resort. Have some pride. Matter fact look at check in peoples history. I know what I am use to getting when I come there. Was so mad I left my favorite wig piece in that room….smh ugh.
