Beautiful area of Williamsburg, felt like being nestled in a forest. Facility absolutely clean and staff very accessible and friendly. Our unit we stayed in was a tad bit dated, but warm and cozy. But the jetted tub was just the thing after walking all day. We will definitely stay there again!

The person I talked with on the phone was very pleasent. When we arrived to check in the employee who did our check in was very cold and acted like it was an inconvenience to have to check us in. When we left for Busch Gardens we turned the air down in our room. When we returned the temperature was hotter than when we left. We called the front desk around midnight when we returned and they offered us a new room because of the AC being broken.

I loved how spacious the units are and the fact that the pool was still open at the end of Sept for my family to enjoy. The resort staff were very friendly. I only bank with chime, and so to get to the property to check in and find out you DONT use chime for payment was a bummer. Luckily I had a friend with another card. Please update your policies to reflect this

When we came : the card key didn't work so we had to return to the clubhouse to get s card replacement. The floor was dirty. Our feet became dirty. The toilet flush was very stiff and hard so my kids were not able to flush toilet by themselves . The portable double burner : one burner was not working and we got replacement. The microwave was only working on the 1 minute button then we got replacement. The last one: there were 3 small cockroaches crawling on the kitchen counter very early morning. Beddings are fine. Wifi is very good.

I stayed for 2 nights, besides the dishwasher being dated and the jets on the jacuzzi tub not working it was nice! Didnt go to the pool or anything, but maybe next time. Only inconvenience was checking in and being told we had to come back the next day for another parking pass. We went to Howloscream and had to get the pass by 10p- seeing as how we forgot until we were at the park, had the park not closed early due to storms we probably wouldnt have made it back to get the pass.

The property is good but need some more cleaning. The rooms floor was so dirty that the light coloured socks we were wearing turned dark instantly since we were in socks inside.
