This get-away was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Only semi complaint was that the couch sloped to the middle so we kept falling into each other! Kitchen is so well equipped and having grills was appreciated. Will definitely come again.

Vacation Village is in a great location making it easy to explore Williamsburg. The superior apartment was spacious and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were fun and relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

The units are spacious but dated. The TV was fritzy and the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, so ni coffee in the morning😏 The help at the front desk were polite but not very helpful when trying to extend our stay an extra night.

Its was just ok. Very few in room essentials ie soap, no conditioner, no extra tissues or others. Not very clean, hair in bathroom, showers and pull out couch has crumbs on it. Beds were very firm so not for me. Pool was heated but very crowded and no one following rules. I think staff should regularly check to ensure safty and comfort of all guest.

Overall cool stay. Property could use some updates. Service call took a bit long when tv wasn’t working at arrival. However very very nice staff. Also digital lock or something in unit had a fairly loud consistent sound at night. Was hard to fall asleep Prob would stay again. Good value

We needed a weekend free from all and we were able to really enjoy the time spent. However they spent a total of 4 hours attempting to sell a timeshare, I expressed my interest but now wasn’t the time to make the decision and they kept coming with more and more offers. Personally we had a lunch date and a massage scheduled and that was missed. So I left very annoyed

There was a party in condo above us of 10 . In addition, no hot water at end of a long day on softball field. When we turned on bathroom faucet, a centipede crawled out! GROSS!
