Overall our stay was good. Train coming through during the night is little disturbing but after 2 nights, slept through it. The breakfast options were limited some mornings, think they could improve on more options. Electricity went out in bathroom one morning but was fixed within hour. Staff was helpful and nice. Would consider staying here again.

Pros: Great area with lots of dining options, close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and shopping. Staff was friendly. Cons: train is right next to the hotel and very loud, breakfast was terrible…only eggs, sausage, yogurt and toast and never looked changed the 3 mornings we were there. Pool was very heavily chlorinated.

You need to have several coffee urns for the morning. The coffe line was slow and then it served a tiny cup of coffee. I need big easy coffee access in the am.

Just a good clean hotel. Only negative was the included breakfast was lacking and looked nothing like the picture in the lobby.

Room was clean but shower was aweful. My daughter showered at night complained about the cold water and lack of water pressure. I waited until early morning and it was cool at best and no water pressure

We loved staying here! It was nice, very clean. Staff was very friendly. The bed was soooooo comfy! My only complaints are the wifi wasnt the best. And the showerhead in the bathroom. I detachable showerheads but you either had a mist or firehose settings. But overall, we loved it and will return!

We had to change rooms 4 times after checking in. The first room had a refrigerator that not working with left over food that was spoiled and smelled the room. Second room wasn’t even made. Third room’s bedsheets weren’t even changed finally our 4th room inhabitable. We were unable to find another hotel that wasn’t a fortune. Staff didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the rooms they were placing us in. After changing all rooms they offered a discount which they did not apply.

Just stopped off the hwy on our way north. It was exactly what we needed, a reasonably priced place to lay our heads for a few hours before we hopped back on the road. I found the rooms small, especially for a family of four. We found crumbs and hairs in our bed but otherwise the room was clean and had everything we needed.

Room was very clean and comfortable. There is a train track nearby, so if you are sensitive to noise, you may want to reconsider. I didn’t hear the train personally though.
