It was what it was, a cheaper hotel that served its purpose. Room was comfortable enough. Nothing fancy about anything. Breakfast offering was lacking a lot.

The area established for the complementary breakfast is not large enough for the guests. The posted sign stating breakfast food is not allowed in the guest rooms is not accommodating when you have the majority of guests at the hotel attending a graduation. My family had to go elsewhere to pay and sit to have breakfast on our 1st day on the 2nd day we checkout at 7:15 am with people waiting in the eating area I guess the food came out after we left the hotel.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was obvious trash from other people on the floor, and the bathroom tub still had soap/conditioner on the floor that made the shower very slippery. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The refrigerator was broken and half the lights didn’t work. Considering the $200 a night cost of the room, I expected more.

Not a great place. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone

The staff was far from welcoming. They were rude and when I arrive shortly after the check in time (4pm), they looked like at me I was out of crazy because I wanted my room. I had somewhere to be at 6pm and needed to freshen up. They told me to sit down in the lobby and they’d be with me shortly. SEVERAL other families checked in before I was told my room was ready.
