Nice staff, good selection of self-serve breakfast items, indoor pool, could walk to nearby restaurants. Very reasonably priced. Next to train track, but that didn't bother us. Would stay here again.

I Had Seen More Than Enough 2.0
The desk attendant mistakenly charged my card for a renewal. However, after many telephone calls to my bank, the Wyndham Corporate offices, and Hotels.com in addition to several visits to the hotel desk clerk, the matter was resolved relatively quickly. The power in the room failed four times. The breaker kept tripping. I was told my room was the only one with this problem. The management offered to move me, but I was leaving the next day, tired, and 55+. It would have been a major inconvenience. Paula, the morning/afternoon desk clerk was kind enough to offer to check the breaker box often during her shift to make sure there was no tripping. She is a kind young lady and very supportive of guest needs. However, when the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Nick, reported for duty the power went down two times. When I called and asked him to check the breaker box, he raised his voice at me and said he was busy checking in guests and that he would get to it whenever he had time. I reminded him I too am a guest. He could stand to learn better customer service skills. The cleaning is awful. There were four cobwebs in my room, a piece of candy, a dried pasta shell, a large dead insect, and a piece of candy wrapper on the carpet when I checked in. There were also four caterpillars in my room and food flies during the last few days of my stay.

The room was clean, with a microwave and small refrigerator. Bathroom sink looked to be newly renovated. Beds were very soft and plush. There is NO closet—kind of odd (I don’t like the new trend of not having these). Breakfast was basic but tidy and all you need. Coffee machine was great—espresso, latte, etc.

we had couple mold in our room and was smelling not good , the tube looked like it has not been clean for days and when our toilet was wasnt working they made us go get our own plunger .

It offered a good breakfast included in the price. The price was excellent and very affordable. It offered shuttle services to Colonial Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. If you are sensitive to noise, you must know that the railroad runs behind the hotel, so you can hear each train as it goes by.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED MORE THAN ENOUGH
Cleanliness is a real problem here. There were cobwebs under the desk, over the window curtain, over the television, and the bed. The television has food or drink splatter on the screen. The microwave door on the inside was not cleaned. They do not offer all cable political network channels. The carpet had a small piece of candy and pasta shell that had not been vacuumed. The top drawer had food crumbs. The clothes hook on the bathroom door is broken. The bathroom sink hot water takes a long time to heat up. There was a partial loss of power in my room four times. I killed four caterpillars. Two were in the bathroom and two by the HVAC unit. The free breakfast did not include any fruit the first week. The second week was only apples.The worst part is my card had an unauthorized room charge. I was told the desk clerk mistakenly charged my room vice another. Ensure you keep an eye on your banking while you stay here. Had I not checked mine the very day the charge was posted I would not have known to later. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious. They are beautifully decorated. The furnishings look new. The flooring and carpets look new and are in great condition. The parking is ample and free.
