This is single-handedly one of the worst hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. The entire thing holding the name Wyndham is completely misleading, this is anything but the quality of that you’ve come to appreciate and expect. Checking in was far too slow due to the POS system not being connected. I’m assuming it is because of the faulty WIFI attached to the building, but more on that later. The bottom of the pool is unfinished and scratches up your feet, the large cracks and holes in the side of it don’t help either. The hallway outside of the elevators has a distinct musty, nasty smell that is certainly overpowering. The elevators weren’t finished out when we checked in around 5pm, but not to worry, just after 10pm, the sound of construction work echoed all the way up the elevator shaft and into the hallways of each floor, even up to the sixth. True story, after 10pm at night, they had a crew using power saws and equipment to install vinyl flooring while everyone tried to sleep, it kept our son and nephews up all night long. The bathrooms were disgusting, there were cracks in the shower and toilet, unfinished paint up and down the walls and frame. The AC unit sounded like metal grinding and scraping when it shut down after reaching the desired temp, only to start up again in agony. The usb charger on the desk melted my Apple Watch charger to the desk itself. To top it off, our door wouldn’t shut unless we pushed it forcefully. Pay more to stay elsewhere.

I needed the plunger. I was told come to the front desk to get it. They bought it to me the second day. Had to use elevated furnace from my room. Had to walk outside and walk around in the heat. Other than that it was nice.

Close to Busch but dated.

The people at the front desk were great. Check-in was super easy. The room was very dated. It was also not cleaned well. Lots of stuff on the floors, espexialty near the walls and around the bed fraims. Breakfast was ok. The best part was it was very close to Busch and Water Country.

Good Value

There are some great things about this Hotel. First the location is right off the main road so it is very easy to get to where you need to go. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been updated with new beds and USB chargers, and the pool is very nice. I found the bed clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with excellent pancakes. For the overall price of the Hotel I would say it is a good deal. They could make the stay better by going through the rooms and cleaning up the rough paint where a roller hit a door or in my room there was pain all over the front door. At some point the Elevators need to be overhauled or replaced. They show the age of the Hotel and are in rough shape. Where the TV is mounted to the wall, there is a box behind it and I think there is a large hole to the other room. I can hear people talking from behind the TV as if they were in my room. The WiFi did not quite reach my room. Overall, it was a good value for the price of the room with friendly staff and I would stay again.

Greasy place to stay!

Nice hotel that is near the parks. Rooms are nice, pool is nice. Breakfast and parking are free… BIG bonus. It’s not a Hilton, but it’s very user friendly, clean and easy!

Hotel was very hot and sticky with that came the smell of mildew throughout the building. Our bedroom door wasn’t properly aligned and we could see out into the hallway when the door was shut. There was so much gum stuck to the carpet that when we took a shower the floor would be sticky and with no exhaust fan in the bathroom the whole room would become humid. There wasn’t much for breakfast mainly just cereal and bread assortments. Lastly the WiFi was horrible and the tv would freeze every two minutes. Good location if you plan on spending a lot of time at Busch Gardens but if not stay somewhere else.

The rooms need updated furniture, table chipped up, blinds had holes and splattered ?liquid, lamp shade in bad shape. No blow dryer or iron in the room. The breakfast was fair to good, same food every am! Fresh fruit 1 day. Young kids screaming and running in the hallway (3rd floor), 12-1am. 2 kids were without their mother, in the hallway, because she went outside to smoke and left her kids. I did report to the front deak. The front desk staff and a housekeeper very helpful and kind. This motel is definitely for younger families with kids and dogs. Won't stay again, sorry.

I would not stay here again or recommend friends or family to stay. Room was dusty with spiderwebs on the outside of window, piece of tissue stuck in the peep hole. Hair in the shower like it was never cleaned and most places give you at least an extra roll or 2 of toilet paper, nope not this place. Also for breakfast, there was only one worker who had to constantly fill the food (was not her fault) but the tables were disgusting and travelers had to clean their own tables. Just overall dissappointed.
