It was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. There was no closet to hang anything up. The bathroom fixtures were terrible. The toilet seat would not even stay up. We needed extra towels and had to go to the front desk to get them and the towels were terrible. The place definitely needs a lot of work. I would not stay there again until the work is completed.

there was a transformer that blown up effected the 3rd floor, went without power for 10 hours. needed to prepare for our son's wedding, with cold showers and dressing in the dark, not offered some type of compensation for our inconvenience.

The property was dated, in need of work, the driveway was full of holes. The location was good, and the beds were very comfy. There was trash in our room, a cup on the floor and coffee cup lids behind the fridge.

The hotel has seen better days and could use an update and deep cleaning. Staff were great but it’s hard to ignore that cleaning and maintenance have been ignored for a long time.

The hotel was nice. Some areas were updated while others were not. The room was very nice and bigger than average. Our tub faucet had a steady stream of water coming out which I passed on to the desk on our way out. It didn't bother us. No breakfast although it was listed as having breakfast on Hotels.com

I booked this property to stay one night but the infrastructure of the hotel is very old . Smelly corridor and bathroom is disgusting , old toilet seat , the whole thing in bathroom is terrible and filthy . Don’t book this hotel ever. The property was fine. I stayed two nights. My room was clean and comfortable. Guests around me were a bit noisy which was noticeable but not intrusive. I would have preferred an egg option for the breakfast, maybe some microwave breakfast sandwiches. I would stay here again.

When I arrived, the counter person was extremely unprofessional, the room was nasty (toilet didn’t work and the PTAC was blowing warm air), I fixed the toilet myself and switched the internal switch to cold on the PTAC. The continental breakfast was a joke! When checking out early, I had 2 nights reserved and only stayed 1, the desk clerk said I was too late to not be charged for the second night. Overall it was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had!!
