Disgusting

The room was covered in spiderwebs, stains on the bedspreads. Ceiling in stairwell looked like it was ready to fall down. Old carpet rolls laying right beside entry door. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one

Disgusting

I did not stay due to the horrible conditions of the hotel. The room was not cleaned. Used soap was in the shower. Stains were on the rug. The bed was not made. I’m shocked that this room would be offered on your platform. I no longer trust hotels.com. Please refund my account as I did NOT stay at this “hotel”.

In the morning the cleaning crew came around to collect your towels in order to wash them and return them to you later. They did not have enough towels. They did not do any other clean up except return the damp towels every day.

Stay to watch the Little League World Series.

A great location to visit the Little League World Series! Front desk person Jessica was outstanding, very helpful. The water in the bath had a strong flow and very hot water quick. Enjoyed the water! The beds were very hard and very uncomfortable. The room smelled like stale smoke.

While the staff was very kind and helpful, this hotel is very run down and in poor condition. The pictures are very limited online and does not represent what we walked into. Very tired 1980’s feel. There are weird stairs everywhere, not that it’s an issue, and the rooms were in poor shape with peeling around the windows and shower. Our tv wasn’t plugged in and there is inches of dust behind the dresser where I had to reach for the plug. While the room was clean for the most part, there was stains on the outer bed cover and a pillow that smells like BO. Our door number placard was a piece of paper taped to the door with our room number hand written on it. It was a place to lay our heads down and we were thankful for that, it gave a creep factor vibe that made you kinda glad it was a one night stay. Think “The Shining”! Checked in at 7:30pm set the alarm for 5am and we headed out. Very close to LLWS which was nice but in all honesty, I would not pick this place to stay again

The staff was welcoming. The hotel was in a quiet area. The only thing I would like to suggest is some more breakfast options like eggs, bacon or sausage to compliment the other options available.

This hotel gives off the vibe of a prison. The hallways are uneven and the paint on the room doors are scratched and peeling. The staff were barely at the desk. On the morning of checkout, I went to get breakfast and my card no longer worked. Considering it's location, you'd think it would be a lot nicer/better.
