One Night Stay to Attend a Family Funeral

We decided to stay at the Quality Inn, as it was approx. $28/night cheaper than the Holiday Express on the same road. With the savings we were able to enjoy the Bonanza Buffet attached to the hotel. Check in went well. There was coffee available in the lobby. The room was average, but needed some repairs on the shower curtain rod (screws missing and the curtain would not stay shut during a shower). The bathroom was very small, and needed some attention to cleaning in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very typical, but adequate. There was no meat in the buffet. For the price, I still would pick the QI over the more expensive neighbor.

The room I got booked was attached to the next room over and you could hear every single word said. Make sure you contact the front desk before booking to avoid getting stuck listening to the neighbors all night.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were nice with comfy bed. I had issue with the TV though. We could only get 2 channels. I called front desk and they couldn't figure out why. They offered to switch us to a new room but since we were already settled in and only staying one night we decided against it. They said they could offer a discount but since we booked with Expedia they couldn't do it. Breakfast was ok. Only hot items were scrambled eggs and waffles. Overall it was a nice hotel at a decent rate compared to surrounding hotels.

An extremely busy weekend and this hotel was sold out. Our room reeked of mold and mildew and even had a dehumidifier in it. I asked the desk for air freshener and the gentleman came down and cleaned filters and sprayed something in both the dehumidifier and wall unit. Didn’t help much at all. He said no other rooms were available. Stench never went away. This room needs completely gutted and redone. Carpet needs thrown away. They should be ashamed to even rent it out.

Great stay

I always love staying here, the staff is friendly and will make you drinks because the bar is still not open! The bonanza is also attached to the hotel which is really convenient.

One night - okay stay

The staff was very nice and informative when asked for dining suggestions. The room was clean but had a faint smell of smoke, or something like smoke. We had a room that connected to the next room. It seemed to be missing one of the doors because we could hear everything our neighbor had to say, and she was loud. The front desk was very helpful in assisting us in the situation. Overall decent place.

The front desk staff was extremely kind. They notified me that I had left my car lights on. It also was a terrible snow/ice storm and they offered sandwiches and lunchmeat to us if we were unable to get out to get a meal.

This is not a bad place perse but it was not the best. I saw that there was some quick fixes around the room like pach work w I th theb arpet using duct tape. The climate control didnt work well, i had to adjust and readjust the temperature. Other then that this place is good in a pinch.

Quality stay!

The hotel was easily accessible off my route (except the sign was not lit up at the end of the main road) but the hotel signs were lit up and easy to find. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is to add honey packets to the always available tea and coffee station. Great stay!
