I liked the family atmosphere, especially in the breakfast area where I met and enjoyed conversation with others. I feel the room needed some more in depth cleaning and the thermostat on the AC/heat unit was not working well.

Looks like an old motel that's been refurbished. Main room was nice. New floors. Nice bedding. Comfortable pillows. Bathroom was a little small. But having the sink and counter outside of it definitely helps. But you have to be a little creative where you going to stand in order to be able to shut the door once you get in there! But it was clean! Breakfast was limited , but was adequate for what we needed. And the staff was helpful when they ran out of something. All in all I would stay here again. Also proximity to the ark experience was phenomenal. Could walk if you wanted to.

My husband had an event out here.So we stayed at Sunrise. He left for event. I took a shower.I was standing in the bathroom naked putting on makeup when I thought I heard something. A worker walked right in. I screamed. He came thru a locked door.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Continental Breakfast Bar far exceeded expectations. Wonderful Mexican restaurant across the street. Ark Encounter was very convenient.
