Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast buffet was fair. Not a lot of options truthfully. If looking for a one night stay not a bad option. Probably would not stay again. Check in was a little difficult as they gave us our key to the room and someone else was already in there. Just thankful no one was in there other than the luggage or it would have been truly embarrassing. Staff did apologize and gave us another room.

It was an older drive up motel but it served its purpose just fine. It’s walking distance to the Ark Experience and there is a gas station/food mart next door. El Jalisco Mexican food restaurant has pretty good food and it’s a three minute drive.

We were checked in and in bed when the front desk called and ask when I would arrive. I told her I was already checked in. She was not nice and said that I must have made two reservations. We made one reservation through Expedia. I don't know what went wrong but it wasn't our fault, and I didn't appreciate her attitude. Not a friendly place.

It will exceed your expectations for an older, budget motel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room and property were very clean. Our room had every amenity that you would expect and a few beauties that you wouldn't. The window treatments have room for improvement, to block out all of the outside lighting. Would certainly stay here again.
