Very nice, clean and beautiful property on the inside that.When you drive up the first, look at the outside makes you worry.You just got to a drug hotel, they could do sprucing of the outside the bushes, that kind of thing, make it look nice

Very pleased!!

This was perfect, the rooms are dated and could use a touch up here and there but the room was CLEAN !! That is my top priority.. The staff very helpfil and friendly..Location was just what we needed..will definitely be back if in the area. We have paid twice the price and not been this satisfied!! Thank you

The room is adequate. The bathroom toilet/bath area is very small and the toilet sits very low. Age is the issue, but the new flooring and vanity are a nice touch. The manager was very nice and breakfast had enough options for various dietary needs. It's very close to the town's main attraction of the Ark Encounter.

Room was ok good for the price. Comfy beds. Clean. Couldnt get microwave to work an older model. Hotel workers were very nice. Really close to Ark Encounter. Walkable. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a decent place to stay. I kept thinking that I was smelling something off....like a moldy smell. As long as the fan was going in the bathroom it was better. The mattress was ok but the people that worked there were very kind and helpful.
