Over all it was mostly good. For a non-smoking property the area around the hotel and the lobby smelt like weed. When I checked into my room, I had no bath towels and it took me an hour to find get a hold of someone at the front desk. I waited out in the lobby for about 20 minutes, no one was there and both phones were constantly ringing. Then I went back to my room and tried calling every 10 minutes. Didn't get a hold of someone until about 7pm. I don't know about other units but my unit definitely had mildew up in the ceiling of the bathroom, the vent was broken and it sounded like there was water leaking from the unit above me into the ceiling. It was for a work trip and aside from the few hiccups mentioned above it was an okay place to stay.

Wild Night at Hotel.

A fight occurred in the next room around 10pm. People screaming obscenities in the hall. Police were called to the scene. Not a relaxing visit.

This facility was in very poor condition boxes and old furniture stored in the lobby leftover Christmas tree from Christmas no hot water in the shower after the first night no clean towels available did not clean the room after your first night breakfast was very poor instant eggs that were cold sausage sitting in water and cold uneatable no hot coffee was made for Hotel that I paid almost $600 for two nights was extremely disappointed would not stay again

Work on cleaning habits !

So our stay wasn’t terrible the staff was friendly. There was just some things they 100% need to work on. The second we walked in it smelled soooooo bad like straight trash. In the hallway right where you have to walk to get to the elevator a bag of trash sat there for 5 plus hours. When eating our breakfast my girlfriend was on the verge of throwing up because there was trash sitting in the dinning area. Just seems like the house keeping needs to make more rounds and keep up on the trash. The pool was alittle dirty but it was nice besides that. Our room wasn’t bad only complaints are the shower head was gross. Second the blanket on our bed had a huge brown stain on it. Third the AC smelled like mold. So again our stay wasn’t to bad but for the price we paid we definitely had high expectations. They definitely need to clean better besides that it was a nice place to stay.

The building needs some tlc. and curb appeal. The filter was dirty in the bathroom. The bed was hard. The staff there were not dressed in uniform. One of the staff at the breakfast room had flip flops on and looked like she was on something. She didnt wear gloves when she was handling the food.
