1-Facility is Not maintained
2-Bath shower handle and shower head were broken. Had to call to get them replaced.
3- Wifi was very weak and useless. To download photos / videos had to get out of Wifi and use own cellular service.
4- the lobby and room smelled
Everything broken, filthy and should not be in business. Rude and disrespectful manager. Feel bad for some of the nice staff because you can see they are embarrassed for the mess and nonsense people pay for to try and stay here. No toilet tissue unless you go to front desk, how CHEAP! They should pay people to stay here
To be honest, Red Roof wasn't the first choice for a hotel, but there were very few options on the dates i wanted so i chose here. I wasn't expecting much because their price was so much lower than all the other nearby hotels. I was pleasantly surprised to find very friendly staff, easy check in, and a clean, good-sized room.

The staff was amazing but the room was very dirty and moldy.
This is the nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. I know you can’t expect a lot of a Red Roof but I just needed the bare minimum: a decent clean room. The first room they gave us smelled like piss. The hotel in general smell like piss and cigarettes. The girl at the front desk was nice and had to give us another room. It didn't smell like piss but not good either, the sheets have stains and there are dead bugs and mold in the bathroom. It's not worth it, just save yourself.

No towels appropriate for shower, No soap in dispensers, discolored walls with holes in them, supposed to be continental breakfast, but only coffee was available. Just looked old, tired, and not welcoming.

Front desk nonsense daily
Key cards keep locking you out and you need to get to the front desk every other day to fix, you can get in the building but not your room and it’s very inconvenient when your arms are full and you need to leave your stuff unattended at your door or lug it all with you to front desk. Front desk empty and ring bell to wake them up and give you attitude like your inconveniencing them
