Worst overnight experience ever since traveling to Connecticut. Breakfast and pool advertisements but no pool and breakfast was something else. that it was better to refuse and purchase outside .The staff were pleasant. Bathroom small, linens scarce register for party of 4 got supplies for 2 upon checking in and 2 when request for linen service was made, for freshening up in the morning.Non smoking was like a smoke pit. Needs upgrading like yesterday. The outside of the property far exceeds the outdated furnishings etc.on the inside. Everything is old and smells the same only with cigarette smoke. NEVER again.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever seen. Went to check in, the lobby smelled horrible, the employee at the desk was drunk or hi. She kept repeating herself and saying how she has been working for 16 hours. I was handed key cards, walked into the room, beds were not made, sheets were piled up in the corner, there was still food, soda bottles and pizza boxes on the desk. Turned around, walked out, handed the key cards to the drunk lady and said, I’m not staying here or paying for anything. Her response: “ I wouldn’t stay here either”

When we arrived which was 10 minutes after check in time our room wasn't even ready. It took over an hour till we could actually check in. Once in our room it looked like it wasn't even cleaned at all. It looked like smeared stool on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door didn't even have a handle. The window had no screen on it, the room smelled moldy and there was garbage under the beds. The tv was missing a leg. The volume didn't work. Are room was next to the stairway which had a door and it slammed everytime someone walked through it. Someone tried coming in are room and the housekeeper had the nerve to leave an envelope that said tips please. The staff was rude. The owner and housekeeper were arguing in front of guests at the desk. And the owner kept calling my boyfriend big brother. The supposed continental breakfast consisted of cereal in ziplock baggies and no milk, toast and donut holes. It was the worst place I ever stayed at. It was only convenient because it was right off the highway in the same plaza as a TSA truck stop.

No air conditioning, no TV, no incidentals, no clean towels. Total dump, disgusting, shower and toilet use with extreme caution (I went without using shower and used bathroom facilities at adjacent truck stop). Loved the permeating aroma of nicotine in a non smoking room, so nauseating, I lasted four hours before checking out. Nothing remotely good to mention about site, just a warning, stay away from this place.

Upon checking in was not greeted had to press a literal "find me button" no eye contact was even made when attendant showed up... I was not given a receipt when I entered the room there was a foul smell the carpet was dirty not vacuumed the bathroom was dirty snots plastered on the shower walls toilet bowl stained the towels were dirty and stained the microwave had plastered old food on top inside drawes full of dirt and droppings the windowsill had dirt snd ac had 1/2onch of crusted dust and dirt inside of it... the breakfast was non existent it was baggies of cereal stale bread half gallon of expired milk old coffee and plastered dirty hand prints on containers holding empty danishes or donut wholes... the staff was not welcoming and gave you bad looks not personable at all this property does uphold the "choice hotel" standards at all the worst experience I've had in a while...

This place smelled so bad... the elevator had trash in it... get to room pillow smelled like cigarettes and old man has been sleeping on it for 10 years, sheets were dirty, tv didnt work. The carpet tack strip between the room and bathroom was exposed and I cut my toe on it. The A/C didn't work. The wall paper was falling off the wall and had black mold on it.

Showed up late. The place smells like an ash tray. Including the pillow in my non smoking room. The shower dropped all night. A large steady drip. The shower was gross. Buildup on the handle and mold in the corners. The sink was cracked. If my kids hadn't fallen asleep I would have left and slept in the car.
